This is a great value for money especially in the day and times we are walking with such a strain on our finances from the economy . I’m glad they are easy to swallow, unlike some supplements in which I have to eat some afterwards, because it feels like it’s in my throat and won’t go down. I just wish there was enough soft gel capsules in the bottle to last a month. There is certainly more than enough space in the bottle to double the amount. My bottle contains 30 and the serving size is 2 soft gels, so 60 is needed to have a month’s supply

I chose this particular omega 3 because it is a lower dose. I did ask my rheumatologist if it is OK to take fish oil he told me he had lots of patients that take fish oil. At this point I have not actually felt any relief in my joints yet. But have only been taking it for a few weeks.Plus I only take it once a day I should probably take it more. But I am taking it for other reasons as well as it’s supposed to be good for other ailments and your health.

Great product, I've been taking it every morning for several years. I wish I had known it existed years ago, as I hated fish oil! No funny tastes and they are easy to swallow.

Ordered these when my cardiologist suggested that high BP is due to inflammation and these can help. Indeed, these helped but not by much. Black olives are far better for me.

I've been taking this for some time and have had no problems with it. There is no "fishy" taste or smell. I'm glad to have it to satisfy my doctor's recommendation I take the Omega 3. This product is very good because it is extracted from plants, not fish. I'm happy to bypass the "middle-man" (fish)!
