Zaggkeys Profolio Bluetooth Keyboard Case for iPad 2nd 3rd and 4th Generation (Alligator)

This keyboard is quite good. This particular one has an "alligator" finish on it (I'm not really into "alligator finishes", but the price was right and the Zach quality was there. Functionally, it is quite nice and it has a very solid feel about it. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second Zagg keyboard case for my IPad. The first one lasted for about four years, was reliable and durable.The new one works just as well and stays linked to my IPad. Keys are crisp and typing is easy with few over strikes due to key spacing and keyboard design.The only draw-back is this one does not have a lit keyboard which I miss.I highly suggest buying these if you want a solid reliable keyboard case. Hope this outlasts the IPad.

Really like the features and fit on my ipad. Keyboard works great, easy pairing to BT and nice fit and style all around.Now to put it thru the test of life and see how it holds up.

This will be my 4th Zaggkeys Profolio due to keys popping off when my grandkids play with it, or I drop the whole thing while opened on a solid surface...So the product is not at fault...I've never had any issues if it is dropped while closed. My first one was white leather with backlight (expensive) and I do not recommend white as once it gets a little dingy, I was unable to clean it with a Mr. Clean eraser or anything. I bought the second one in black with back light and I noticed I almost never used the back light. When I had to buy #3 I went with the alligator with no back light for about $34.00. What a deal! So, after a year I just dropped it while opened today and keys went flying. I'm going for another faux alligator and the price is now ridiculously low at $26.00. You will never want to use your iPad without this keyboard! The product is completely reliable, durable, and simple to use.

Unfortunately, I am NOT typing this review from my bluetooth keyboard. Like one of the commenters, the battery on mine will not charge out of the box. It only works if plugged into a external power source, which makes it worthless. I tried charging it with the included USB cord from a computer and also using a wall charger that works with several other devices. With the wall charger, I can see the charging light illuminated but the battery won't hold a charge.Some commenters complained about the faux-alligator on the cover. I actually liked it. The case was only slightly thicker than my non-keyboard cases, so I was really disappointed when I realized it wouldn't work.

I have bought two Zagg Bluetooth keyboard and case combos over the years. My first one was a carbon fiber case with keyboard, and I credit it with protecting my iPad for many years despite some drops.Zagg keyboards are easy to begin using, hold their charge forever, and make my iPads super convenient and efficient. I take my iPad everywhere in its Zagg case, and because both the iPad and the Zagg weigh very little and run for a long time without charging, I don’t hesitate to open the case and start working wherever I am. Zagg keys are durable and responsive, and save me a lot of time compared to pecking at the onscreen keyboard. The Zagg case and keyboard complements the iPad perfectly.

I was excited to receive this after reviewing and looking at different models/brands but as soon as I opened the package, I immediately found some flaws on how well this was made.The material is not properly glued and there is a scratch on one side of the item so I'm not sure if I was sent a brand new one. I can glue it, but why would I have to need to if Im being sold a brand new item?!?On functionality, it seems to work fine. I was able to connect easily, all keys working and typing is comfortable.

I bought this item refurbished. It's amazing, especially considering the low price point! It's very sturdy and the keyboard is very easy to use as a regular size keyboard. Easy Peasy set up. This is my first ever review - That's how much I like the product. I've owned it about 3 weeks.

Being a Zaggkeys Profolio, I thought the keys would light up like the other Zaggkeys Profolio we had. But I now know if it's not the Zagggkeys Profolio+ then the keys won't light up. Good product so far.
