Replaced built-in bticino
Easy to install, replaced bticino wall built-in one. This has a magnet in the headset and I installed it horizontally, as it actually covers a hole from the old intercom perfectly.

I had An Engineer put it in as an extra to My Intercom, so could be heard in all rooms now. Perfect

Useless instructions
Completely useless.The instructions dont make sense at all.I work in electronics for a living and this is beyond a joke, even the youtube videos for this model are all in spanish.

Poor quality
Very poor made Intercom after one month is not working properly, the sound is very low and the main door can not be opened with this intercom. I would not recommend this universal intercom.

Not loud enough
Bought this as a replacement. Looks good and works but it’s not loud enough. It has a volume control set to max. but unless you are stood next to it you still can’t hear it. Sent back.
