If purchasing this more than likely you will need this separate part: Moen 106378 Asceri Stem Extension Kit, 2-Pack for correct installation. On a previous review I had read this (thank you), so ordered with faucet and indeed it was needed! The spout/faucet itself has cleaner lines but the handles still very old school looking! IF replacing a Moen faucet it is much easier with the same brand, as had orig tried Pfister and plumber would have had to do more work to make a successful change. Handles will be tight and then loosen up after use. After a week, am seeing no issues.

This is exactly what we wanted. We have a 20-year-old house with a 20 year old antiquated plumbing in bright chrome and I’m just not in that so I wanted to replace them with oil rubbed bronze so I decided on this one. It was actually a return and there’s nothing wrong with it so I was so excited about saving $100. We had to buy the kit that they sell to update it to fit these though- it was u Dee $20 so no big deal. Unfortunately the kit does not allow the handles to raise up taller but it looks OK. We are happy with the purchase.

This is a very nice product and we did get the best price on Amazon. The issue is that the values blew out right away as the water pressure to the house was slightly to high ( hitting 80 psi) Everything else in the house had no issues but these cheap values all plastic these days made in China cant handle it and would leak. I had to place a value pressure control at the main line into the house which keeps it at 75 psi. We are fine now and like the faucet very much. One thing have to say that we called Moen and without any hassle or even needing proof they sent us the entire value set not just the insert and since we had a critical home restore and needed them asap they next day air sent to us no charge. I know we all are use to getting cheaply made junk from china and have seemed to accept we would rather throw away items every few years than pay top dollar for things that last. But these faucets even on discount are outrageously priced and you have no choice, but at least the company has amazing customer service on the products!

It is not a bad set but not really high quality either. To me it is somewhat too expensive for what you get.I bought this to use on my existing year 2000 M-pact jacuzzi tub. It did work on the old valves but required an adapter to enable the valves. To my surprise the adapters were included with this kit and you do not need to order Service Kit 106378 like Moen says in the "Moen Roman Tub Trim Compatibility Guide". The flow was also very high like a garden hose. Customer service is not bad but did not help me much and takes a lot of time to contact.The issues I have with the set are:1. Finish is only painted on and does not match my Moen Bratford sink units very well. It is more copper colored.2. It has obvious imperfections in the finish.2. Difficult to install even though it did include the adapter part.3. Did not include lubrication or pin to prevent it from rotating. The old set's pin did not line up.4. The mounting nut on the spout is covered by a cheap piece of plastic (seriously - it's ugly)5. The threads are plastic and it is not as nice as the Moen I replaced it with. Quality is deteriorating.6. Instructions are ridiculous or non-existent. There is no guide anywhere on removing old m-pact trim or changing trim.Moen is becoming more of a style brand and less of a quality brand. To me Moen is now on par with Home Depot store brand which looks good and costs a lot less than Moen.

These faucets are beautiful and go perfectly in our master bathroom. They did come with the screens missing in the faucet, but Moen customer service was phenomenal and mailed us the parts right away. Definitely recommend.

These look nice and are very easy to turn off and on.

Decent faucet but extremely over priced. Unfortunately, my wife insisted on the oil rubbed bronze which magically doubles or triples the price. And my plumber insisted on Moen so I didn't have a lot of choice. The faucet does look nice and functions well, but I think it is way over priced.
