This is a great product! Ive been using it for a few years now and have it on subscribe. I add it to every load. If you have kids in sports or you go to the gym or you just active or not (really can be used in every load, regardless), this is for you. Clothes can get a dingy, musty smell after awhile and this takes it right out. Along with getting stains out and clothes brighter in my opinion. Mainly use it to get the smell out of clothes though. Works like a charm every time. I also only wash my laundry in cold water and it still works. It comes with a scoop and is very simple to use. The only thing I'm not fond of is searching for the baggy with the scoop in it in the powder when I open it to use it at first; powder gets everywhere no matter how cautious you are. The powder does not have a smell to it. Plus, one of my kiddos has very sensitive skin and it does not irritate hers; never had an issue.

THE BEST LAUNDRY DETERGENT I HAVE EVER USED! I'm in the gym 5 days a week,I sit in the sauna for about 30 minutes. Also,I am in menopause so I am sweating a lot. I start4med to use the product for only my gym clothes. Then I read some of the reviews,and one review said they used the products for all of their clothing. I used it for all of my clothes..OMG! It took out the sweat smell and cleaned with no powdery residue. This is a GREAT product! I will no longer buy that flowery smelling non cleaning detergent. Also, a little goes a long way.

I dont ever write reviews so for me to get on here and write this should say enough. I cannot stress enough how much I need & love this product. I workout daily in the heat leaving my clothes sweaty and gross. My first wash I used, I could not even notice a left over smell of anything. On top of that, they use all natural and clean ingredients. Lastly, they included the sweetest, personalized note inside that makes you want to support their family run business even more. If you try anything let it be this product!!

Works pretty good for cleaning my wrestler’s dirty clothes and getting the stink out. I had to use a lot more than recommended so ran out of it fast. We have front loaders so the stink from that sometimes gets in our clothes. I was able to get the clothes a little more fresh but they are still having the underlying musty stench that comes from wet clothes that sit for a while. It takes a lot of soaking to fix that and this is the best product I’ve found for the Job.

Pretty good detergent and def cuts out older, sunk in smells with a decent scent. Would recommend using a hotter water or running a soak cycle with it if using for the first time or with particularly sweat-in clothing

I really like this product. My husband is a truck driver and I was looking for a good product that would remove the funky smell of "truck driver" from his clothes. It just so happened that I just received the product just as he came home with the worst smelling load of laundry I had ever smelled. He told me diesel fuel had splashed back on him the day before. So the clothes had been stewing in it for atleast 24hrs by the time I got them. They were good and ripe! I filled our garden bath tub up with hot water and 4 scoops of this magic product and dumped his clothes in to soak for an hour. After an hour I gave them a good rinse and did it again adding 4 more scoops. After one more hour of soaking (2hours total) i wrung them out and put them directly into the washing machine. I washed them with my usual Tide and dried them with a couple dryer sheets. They came out fresh and clean like NEVER BEFORE. I was so surprised I did this with our bedsheets and towels too. Everything came our crisp and fresh. No lingering odor, no weird smell after use. If your washing machine has a presoak setting I suggest using it so you don't have to bathtub soak like I did to get the full experience from this magic product. I am very impressed with it. Everyone in my household has sensitive skin and this hasn't bothered any of us. I've used this product on clothing, bedsheets, and towels. Its not something you need to use at every wash unless you are using it for gym clothes or in my case-funky truck driver clothes. If you have an HE washer and are doing a large load of towels, 3 scoops of product is optimal, on the presoak setting. If you are washing a large load of clothing in an HE washer, same thing, 3 scoops on the presoak setting. If you aren't washing much, then 2 scoops on presoak will get the job done. IT WORKS GREAT IN HOT OR COLD WATER!! I could see moms that cloth diaper their babies using this product for washing diapers since its so good at getting stains and smells out, and gentle on the skin. (This product might also be good for washing odd things like rugs and car seat covers, curtains, and tablecloths). I hope this review helps answer some questions.

I work out 7 days a week and often do a workout in the morning and will often cycle or run in addition. I have used this with all my workout clothing and I sweat....a lot. I will often have 2 sets of workout clothes a day ( yes I have a job) I normally get to the point where I throw out up to 7-10 shirts throughout the year as they finally just smell too bad. When I first bought this detergent, I soaked my clothing and then washed them per the instructions. But they still smelled so I thought it didn't work. I had been using products like Hex and Wynn and they worked better than normal detergent but I would still throw my shirts away in a year instead of 6 mos. But I just kept washing with Active Wear for the first month and as soon as I would sweat, my clothes still smelled. I then started noticing after a month of constant washing, the smell started going away. Then finally one day my wife says....hey you don't smell! It was probably after 6 weeks of constantly using. I figured they just needed a few full washes to completely clean. Couple things I noticed, the little bit of detergent you use seems to be working. I was using way too much in the beginning thinking it wasn't working but I think it just took a month of washing to really get the smell out. I also use for my cycling gear and works really well. I have a lot of expensive winter gear for cycling and this works great and seems to not be affecting the gear. I am a huge merino wool base layer/sock fan( Icebreaker/Smartwool/Unbound) and I am now using this to wash that gear and seems to work extremely well. I use a Wahoo Ticker X and I throw a little powder and water in a Tupperware container, shake it for a couple minutes, rinse and it is the only thing that keeps that smelling new and hasn't damaged the strap. I also have used this to wash my Vans insoles (removable Ultra Cush). I go sock less and they can get pretty funky and this works for this also. BTW I also use a front loading machine and add the detergent to the tub, let it fill and dissolve, then I add the clothing. So I am now on my 2nd bag and the 19.99 is cheaper then throwing out my 30-40 dollar Nike Dry Fit shirts. I also noticed my new shirts never got to the point of smelling. So lesson is, best to use this stuff from the get go and keep washing the old stinky stuff, it just needs 5-6 washes to get back to new condition. Clearly I highly recommend. One bad thing, the bag is a pain that it comes in. I thought I closed the zip lock and it tipped over on top of my washing machine.....took me 20 mins to clean. I now put it in an Oxo Pop container I got at like the TJ Max for 5.99 and scoop it out of there.

This product is extremely amazing. I have 3 men in my life that sweet pretty bad. One of my grandsons has the stinkest feet. I've tried white vinegar and they still stink. He plays a lot of basketball and I know that the heat weather in AZ doesn't help. My husband works in the heat as well so when I found this product and added a few spoonfuls of this magic white powder in my washer machine, I was completely amazed and shocked that all their clothes smelled fresh and brand new. I will keep using this Active Wear to all my laundry. It also takes the stink out of towels. That's a huge plus as well. Having a swimming pool and my grandsons don't hang their towels to dry the right way, so I tried white vinegar with the towels and they would ALWAYS have a faint vinegar smell to them. Not anymore. Add a few spoonfuls of this to your load of towels and they will come out smelling fresh. If they still have a slight smell to them, you can re wash them or you can soak them in this product along with your laundry soap. Soak for a few hours and then set to finish washing them. My daughter in law asked me how I get the stink out of all our clothes and towels and I showed this product to her. She likes to add downy rinse and refresh to her towels and told me to try it. So now that I have a new bag of this product, I'll give it a try.

I received the product teared opened !!! And sealed back with a tape !! Not recommended!

I have been using this for the last 8 months. It works ok on my polyester work out clothes. Where I really think this works great is on my bathroom towels and cotten t-shirts. I just put a scoop in the bottom of the washer drum and put the items in. I don’t use any laundry detergent. The towels come out smelling fresh. Same with the t-shirts. Usually with the t-shirts you could smell underarm body odour after wearing them for a few hours. With this stuff, no more body odour. I know they advertise this for polyester clothing, but I have had great results with cotton clothing.

Wow! This world’s on my stinky teenage boy’s gym clothes, hockey undergarments and my gym clothes all in one wash. All the smell was GONE and didn’t come back the minute we put them on again. Amazing! I have tried Oxyclean, Resolve and Tide sport and none of them worked. THIS WORKD. It only took 1 scoop for several shirts, yoga pants and underwear. Thank you!!

Very impressed with the product. It removed built up from active wear clothing in the first wash and left the clothes smelling clean and fresh.

works really well... i use it for my hockey cloths... gets that hockey stink out of hockey shirts.. so i decide to try it on my elbow guards... boy do they smell bad... i put them in the washer and got a bit of the smell out.. so next step got a bucket added i scope and soaked them for a while let them dry and smell was gone... so far when rewearing the clothing and elbow pads.. smell didnt return but im sure it will... but if washing it here and there takes the smell out well worth it..
