Great taste - needs a blender to mix in
I have been using this powder for about 2 weeks now. Initially, I tried to stir it into my glass of milk but that doesn't dissolve the powder. However, purchased a cheap Hamilton blender and now I enjoy a great tasting milk shake after my workouts.

I recovered so QUICK
This is the best tasting Post workout mix I have found! it mixes very easily and does not have the chalky taste. The flavor was amazing also, I will continue to keep this in the health combination.

Not a great taste
Protein to calorie ration is great. Salted Caramel tasted terrible. I finished the container, so it is bearable. I would not ever buy that flavor again. Would probably try another flavor.

The Best
I like the consistency and the taste. The chocolate cake has heavy sweetener after taste. This doesn't have that and has an amazing flavor.

Doesn't taste great
It doesn't taste like salted caramel at all, rather it smells overwhelmingly like milk powder and tastes extremely sweet. Would not recommend.

The taste is horrible
I wanted to like this because I love all the xtend BCAA powders but this was awful!!!!!!!I’m kinda upset I didn’t purchase it from gnc soI could at least get my money back!
