Power is so important!
Had a Minn Kota 55 lb thrust 12 volt trolling motor on my 20 ft Tracker Pontoon boat. It just didn't seem to have adequate power to move it around quick enough. I have the new Minn kota 70 lb thrust 24 volt installed but haven' had it in the water yet. Just dry running it runs at least twice as fast as the old one. I'm well pleased now and cain't wait to be back on the lake!A few weeks later and passed the tryout with flying colors. All the power I needed and the remote control put the icing on the cake!

Great Power
The media could not be loaded. Installed in a 20 ft. Pontoon that I flip and is capable to move it with up 8 people with easy. I was worried if it will be capable for the size, but its way better than expected. Just see the video of my first time using it, this thing is Power Drive!

Great motor for deep hulled Lund Tyee
Took this out for its maiden voyage a few weeks ago on the Inner Coastal WW way near Charleston. The 60" shaft gave us plenty of reach to get down in the water, and the 70lbs of thrust was more than enough to fight the tides on our Lund 1750 Tyee. The description says with Bluetooth, but I do not believe our unit has BT, at least not that I could find. Not really an issue as I was not planning on using it anyways.

Works on Cobalt Bowrider
I have been really pleased with this 70lb Minn Kota trolling motor on my 4000lb Cobalt bowrider. It moves the boat at good speeds for fishing and is easy to steer and control. I especially like the long cable on the foot pedal that enables me to control the boat from the stern while fishing.

Not weedless
The weed less prop isn't weed less. To many weeds over heats it and then it takes a few minutes to start again. For the price I paid I'm not happy.

It don’t always lock into place from storing it to using it
The lock to lock it into place hardly ever works. I hear something rattling around in the head of the unit also at first when I use it it makes a weird noise then stops after a min

How it works
I like what it does, easy enough to install since I had one almost identical to the other trolling.that I had. It is responsive and the batteries last longer
