Q: Hi, I'm from Germany and I'm desperately searching for a BB Q10 which is affordable for a student's pocket :-) Will this devise work in Germany?

You would likely use model SQN100-3 which is for Europe and Asia because it can use channels 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, not SQN100-1 which is for America because it can use channels 2,5,4,17. I notice both work on channel 5, but I don't know how much that may help or hinder the device. SQN100-3 supports carriers like EE, 02, Rogers and Vodafone.
