Spigen Slim Armor Designed for Galaxy S5 Case (2014) - Electric Blue

I have the white and the electric blue case. Both cases look really good with my white galaxy s5! the blue case looks extremely good in person than it does in the picture. the blue was a lot darker in person and that's what i wanted! The white looks really good on the white galaxy s5 as well. The colors of black and white look really good on it! for protection the cases do an okay job. I dropped mine about 5ft on a wooden floor, the case absorbed all the shock and did no damage what so ever. the screen did not crack either.

This is well constructed case that looks fantastic and fits perfectly on my galaxy s5 phone. The various openings for sensors and connections are well placed and the camera lens is recessed in the case providing it with some protection when lying in a flat surface The problem I have is its almost complete lack of haptic feedback when I use the buttons. It's virtually impossible for me to tell by touch alone if I have actually pressed the power and volume buttons. The only way I can tell for sure is by looking at my phone. This doesn't make the case unusable but it's often inconvenient and I find it annoying. This problem is not enough to make me return the case but I really can't recommend it and I don't think I'd buy another.

Absolutely love this case and the protection ( so far ). It had one minor fall only 3 days old when a car cell holder I purchased didn't work for me and detached with my cell firmly in it's grip. No damage was done to my cell and I am sure having this and the Tech Armor Premium Ballistic Glass face protection was a major reason why. The color is attractive and the case is sturdy. Goes on easy, stays in place perfectly until you need to remove it and the comes off with little effort. Side buttons for volume and power work great. All buttons and ports are open to get to yet still protected by the cover. Still able to use the fingerprint lock as if nothing was there. It is thin but yet adds just enough girth to the cell that for me makes it easier to hold and carry. Still fits in my back pocket. It is only a cover for the back and sides, though it does have a lip so if it fell face down, your cell screen would not get hit directly. However if you want to protect the screen more or from scratches then you need to get a screen protector. I got the Tech Armor Premium Ballistic Glass face/screen protection. It goes on easy, looks great, works great ( all function still there as if nothing was on it ) and will take the abuse so your cell screen doesn't. The two together are so far a winning team and this busy mom couldn't be happier.

This case is fine, I guess.It's durable, it hasn't come apart. It looks great. I have yet to test the protection, and I hope I don't have to.On the flip side, I feel like there is almost no tactile feedback from the buttons on this case. The charging port cover is insanely hard to get to. The case is a tad slippery when your hands are dry.The cons aren't overwhelming, and you can deal with them, which is why i'll give it 4 stars instead of anything less. So if you're looking for an S5 case, consider this, but consider others too.(PS, the tactile feedback really isn't a deal breaker, but can seriously get on my nerves. I sometimes "accidentally" mute my phone when pressing the power button, cause I have no idea i also pressed the volume buttons too. I don't realize it happened until two hours later and I see I have missed calls and waiting texts.)

Great looking case, definitely a nice design. Quality wise, however, it's just OK.It hurts my little finger when I hold it in one hand and operate the phone (you have to use your little finger to support it from the bottom), because the black part of the case at the bottom has a sharp lip/cut. It leaves red lines and generates pain in a matter of seconds."The polycarbonate midsection has a glossy UV coating to prevent the colors from fading or rubbing off." That's complete bull, the blue rubbed off the raised speaker bump in the first few hours of use (just by laying it on random tables). It scratches really easily too.The case is fairly heavy, however, it does protect your S5 when it slips out of your hand because the blue plastic has no grip at all for people with dry hands.Other than that, I'm not impressed with Spigen quality. I bought a case for my iPhone 5 a year ago, it was white. Although they marketed it as scratch resistant, it never lived up to its description. When you talk to their support personnel you hit a wall of cocky and annoying Spigen worshipers who would definitely make sure you know it is actually your fault first. Then they'll listen to you. Meh.

The case is beautiful, but it is very slippery. For some reason, it is not lining up with the volume buttons correctly. I don't know if this is a defective case or if all are like this. The first time I put it on, the "lower" volume button would not work - the "upper" one work.....NOT good since you have to use the lower button for screen shots (or at least that how I did it on my other android). I removed the case, and then after putting it back on, the "lower" button would get "stuck" and would lower the volume all the way. It really is a hassle if you use the volume buttons a lot. I was planning on getting different colors in this case, but will not buy this case again. If I thought I could return it without having to pay any more than I already have, I would.The good points are:1) it looks good2) all ports are accessible and connecting the charger and ear phones work

Arrivato puntualissimo come sempre mi ha sorpreso prima ancora la cura della confezione in policarbonato trasparente sigillato con immgine cartonata di un cellulare. Niente di speciale direte voi, ma il tutto era robustissimo e particolarmente curato,direi a prova di incidenti.La cover rispecchia i colori dell' S5.Alluminio satinato con bordi gommatati neri che in caso di caduta evitano che lo schermo tocchi il suolo.Il telefono ne risente poco sia in spessore che in tenuta.Molto piacevole al tatto,molto elegante a vedersi.Una nota di colore ai soliti che ci vengono proposti.dei cellulari.
