I wish I would have replaced the machine with this one because the other machine was the same as the new one. That lasted for three yearsI purchased a machine from Costway they are a waste of money. All they do is run for a month 🙄 than start dumping water 💧 over and over and over and over and over again. The machine I purchased from Costzon did the same thing It never made even one ice cube. Both companies are the same company just using two different names.Thank you. But this machine is really worth your money 💰

This is a great little ice maker, pops ice at 15 min intervals and works like a champ! This ice maker does not freeze the ice after it is made. It falls into an insulated place that you need to transfer to your freezer or cooler. It does waste a lot of water. It will waste about 5 gallons of water in a 10 or 12 hour period of steady running. I am running filtered water through the ice maker so instead of running the water down the drain, I run it into 3 gallon water bottles and use it for drinking water.

Made ice but would not drop it. Whynter was very easy to contact and helped arrange return.

This item did not work - I purchased for my office a few months ago. I've been traveling for the past few months, so I kept the icemaker in the breakroom (in the box) until this past weekend. I installed the waterline and drain a few days ago and nothing...the light comes on, but water does not fill the maker and the box that would hold said ice doesn't even refrigerate. Do not buy!!!

I wanted professional bar quality ice- bullet shaped and clear. This compact machine delivers. There was a problem with the delivered machine. Rowena at Whynter's customer service promptly and easily solved the problem. I greatly appreciated her professional assistance. Now I have the bullet shaped, clear ice I wanted from a compact machine. It is the perfect size for condo living and a nice luxury.

It makes ice fairly quick. Wish it would keep the ice cold after making it. but I knew it didn't when I purchased it. I would recommend this ice maker. It is a great little machine. It does warm up the room when it is on and can be a little noisy.

This is a great little ice machine that produces ice fast!! Best not to leave it running all the time. I set it up in my laundry room utilizing the washer drain. Love that this is frost free!!

The machine has lasted for 7 years now. I did have a small problem, contacted support, they walked me through it, still working great! Good machine !!

The icemaker arrived at my door in good condition (well packaged). It has only been installed for a week or so but it is making nice clear ice and works as advertised. It was purchased to replace a 30-plus year old ice maker in my curling club. So far it hasn't been severely tested, but it should be fine.

Do not buy, have bought 2 both have broken with no support from the company.

Thought it freezes ice when it's done making, instead the ice melts and the machine makes the ice again. And it lets a lot of water out. We had it installed undercounter and the drain wasn't steep enough to let the water out. Had to cut the hose and put a bucket under it. It fills the bucket pretty fast as it constantly makes ice.

This has worked great for our bar at the club
