Wifi setup was confusing and time consuming. I ended up returning the item due to the difficulty setting it up. Also the price point is too high compared to similar light bulbCameras.

Set up of product is a big problem, also it follow a one person but the rest of the store is not seen

Best camera I have ever owned. This thing does everything and the auto tracking settings make it feel like I have my own HAL. This thing brings my house to life.

I purchased the Zeus, Apollo, and Triton cameras in this series. I can say without a doubt that for me the Zeus has been by far the best compared to the other two. This thing is awesome. It reacts almost instantly to any movement in its area, tracks perfectly, and when set with the alarm on it goes off very quickly with sound, lights, and notification. It works equally well in light and darkness. By comparison, the Apollo camera tracks well but is a little more sluggish, and takes a very long time to decide to sound the alarm. The Triton outdoor camera is even less responsive and seems to often be pointing in random directions like it is following flying bugs or something. If I could get the Zeus style cameras with different mounting and placement options for indoor and outdoor I’d put them all over the place.Update: removing two stars because I ordered a second Zeus camera and installed it in another room adjacent to the first. The second one is configured exactly like the first one, detects and tracks movement, but unlike the first one the second one is very unreliable about setting off the alarm. I have not been able yet to get any response from support as to why identical cameras with identical configurations under almost identical circumstances operate very differently. So I can't recommend this camera as highly now because you might not get the great results I got with my first unit since my second one has issues.update 4/28/2021Since i have all of the Zeus, Triton, and Apollo cameras fron this line installed for some time i can document with certainty that other than the inconsistent behavior of the alarm function, the behavior of greatest concern is that all of the cameras will fail to connect on the first and sometimes second try to connect from the app to get a live view. The app just times out on live connect with "received an error code from the camera(15).". This problem has been there since the cameras were installed, and there are zero issues with Wifi strength. Usually a second or third try will succeed. Since these cameras are marketed for security purposes, time to respond is a critical capability- a camera that will not respond to see what is going on is a pretty significant problem. i really like these cameras for the design and tracking but their tendency to get "lost in thought ". and fail to respond to motion or queries from the app continues to be disappointing. If not for those issues these would be fantastic. The error code 15 timeout thing is just a flaw that should have been fixed a year ago.

Great product for the money. Tracking is good if you are walking in slow motion. It does not rotate straight down, so if you are standing under the camera it will not be able to see you( blind spot) otherwise it does identify faces at close range. It would have been better if there was two way audio.

Couldn’t get it to connect to WiFi

Performance:It does what it says; But,…? what it doesn’t have is a manual-scrolling to view-around your perimeter, up-down-all-around, (from your phone) when your doing a “Live” viewing! (not featured on this Zeus model) It only shows a “Still”-shot viewing and Zoom, thou; the Auto-tracking does this when there’s detection present,! what-good-is-that,..? If you want to do a quick all-around check in your enclosed area on at random times?Where as “Newer” updated bulb security cameras are NOW offering this neat feature!Value for the money:Do your homework,! research other bulb-cameras out-there,.! .this one is NOT-Cheap! (thou, it’s a lot bigger in size) the fire, & smoke detection feature (limited free trial offer) that this unit offers, is the main-reason I purchased this camera for my garage. but, after having all of these developing “bug”-issues with the camera, it’s gonna go back inside its box 📦Notifications:The alert notifications (picking-up audio) kept going-off relentlessly at different times, even when I had the audio volume turned-down very low, it still picked up the outside train-noise which passes through my backyard. I did eventually turned off the volume/audio itself, but still the numerous alerts 🔔 kept popping up on my phone!Quality:This motion camera seems to be “built-well” but,.. I won’t be seeing the longevity of its performance,Due to I’m opting-out for a “Newer” (less-expensive) bulb camera (replacement) with better, and easier to understand features, and options, and better reviews!Connectivity:Took a L O N G-time to connect to Wi-Fi, buggy-issues have been a MAJOR problem especially going to “Live-Viewing” buffering, 40%-80% then connecting/disconnecting server, then when on live-viewing it disconnects!After reading all of the reviews from the forum column, I can see now why those customers having the same issues I’m experiencing have gone to other sources! hoping the customer help support team will read this, and realize they’ve got some serious issues with this camera!Motion detection:It-works! but, not-sure on the rest what it supposed to do?

The most ingenious solution ever. I live in NorCal, so the temperature isn’t extreme, so I actually use it as my porch light. I didn’t have to hire a handyman to drill holes on my house. I’ve shown it to my coworkers and they think it’s a great idea. I wish more folks would seriously take a look at the solution. I also have a Ring peephole door bell, but that doesn’t deter crime. However, because the camera follows you, a criminal would think twice before committing a crime. I think it is very effective. I would totally sell it if my company carried it.
