This is an extremely well-made quality product. However make sure that the fit is correct before you go out and exercise with it. It is very easy to develop an ulceration of your skin if the brace is not properly fitted.This brace is outstanding in terms of protection from hyperextension and lateral stability. It is not as good for hyperflexion.
