Beginner disc golfer - love the set
After reading reviews for many discs in an effort to purchase my first ones, I settled on this set mainly because of the champion plastic. It was said to be extremely durable and has lived up to the reputation. My course has a lot of trees, and my discs have found a lot of them, but they hold up well with little damage. For beginners, I find the Valkyrie a little hard to control, and as a novice it doesn't go as far as I may wish but I'm thinking that's operator error and will be able to throw it the way it's supposed to be thrown with more practice. For my short-ish course the mid-range Panther is fine, nothing spectacular, but gets the job done. I did purchase a Roc3, and a Mako3, which I use much more. The Aviar putter is fantastic. I don't know what the more experienced players think but I love this putter very reliable and goes where you throw it. Made a bunch of long putts with this one. All in all, good for starters bascially for durability and having every "club" in the bag, but will find yourself upgrading quickly as you gain more experience.

Great value <$20/disc
This purchase quickly upgrades the plastic to some very common, favorite(s), entry level discs. Less than $20 per disc is a STEAL of a dealโฆ get these before they realize whatโs here. DX prices on Champion plastic - whhhat!? The plastic is incredibly durable. If you lumber-jack around the course like me, at least your discs wonโt care at all. If you have a budding newer player whoโs gaming has blossomed during CoVid lockdown, this set would be an epic Level-up. Definitely giftable if you know someone still hucking DX plastic. (Btw. Nothing wrong with DX)

Great starter discs.
Perfect to learn form and disc flight characteristics with. Valkyrie is great under stable driver easy to turn over and throw a pretty long s-curve or hold an anhyzer if you get enough snap on it. Panther is good midrange s-curve disc. The Aviar P&A is a classic putter that is just a pretty straight flyer. Champion plastic is definitely durable and still feels pretty good in the hand. I have since bought another midrange, another putter, a fairway driver and 2 more distance drivers that are a bit faster than the Valkyrie. Definitely still throw all three of these though. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I wish they made a 5 disc starter set with maybe a Leopard and an Archon with these 3, and then this would be a much more complete set.

Durable and consistant
I took these out for a weekend camping trip with friends where we played different 4 sets of 18 holes. I also supplemented with a few cheaper discs I bought locally. The champion plastic held up great. My cheaper discs would get dinged up a little if I hit something hard enough. These didn't show any wear. These were my "go-to" discs for most of my shots. Pros: * All discs are extremely consistent & durable * The discs were highly visible and came in advertised colors. I was worried about the yellow driver, since we had yellow grass hazards, but the disc almost seemed to glow in its surroundings. Cons: * The "putter" isn't that great for putting. Since the plastic is so tough, you need to hit the chains head on, or it will skip out. A more flexible putter would do the job better. That said, the "putter" is still a great disc for a shorter throw as it flies very straight. * We played in the rain on one round. The Champion plastic is very tough, but in the rain it became extra slippery and the discs were very tough to throw consistently. I ended up switching to some of my cheaper, softer discs with better results. If it isn't raining, you could just wipe the moisture away. * These discs are pricy. If you are on a course with a lot of high brush or you have questionable consistency, you may want to think twice. I was lucky enough not to lose a disc, but I'd be much more upset about losing one of these than a cheaper disc. I'd definitely recommend these to others looking for a solid set of discs. But I would also recommend adding a different putter to the mix.

Great starter Set
This set is a great first purchase for getting into the sport. The price is reasonable and it gives you everything you need to start playing a complete game. The champion plastic is very durable and will last you a long time as long as you don't lose your disc. The colors and weight will vary, but if you haven't played much before, it won't be anything you'll complain about. I recommend this set to all my friends who want to start playing. I have no complaints about this set.

but these discs fly great! They are very controllable and they don't seem ...
As a first time disc golf player I was a little intimidated by the champion plastic, but these discs fly great! They are very controllable and they don't seem to deform much even when running headlong into trees etc. The Valkryie is a monster off the tee box and the Panther is great for learning hyzer and anhyzer shots. I probably need more practice before giving the Avair a fair review. All in all this is a great set, especially to get a quality disc set started.

Great Set Of Discs For A Reasonable Price
I bought this set of discs before I knew much about disc golf. now that it's been a couple years and I know a lot more I can say that this is a great set of discs especially for those who are just starting out. there is a good proven distance driver, mid-range, and putter in this set. the champion plastic is 5 times more durable than the DX plastic that you can buy a 3 disc set for a bit less money. but in my opinion spending a slightly higher amount for discs that are 5 times more durable is totally worth it. especially for beginners like I said who are starting to throw. this is not to say that these discs are not great for seasoned players as well. they are great for disc golfers at any level and very reasonably priced.

Great discs, way overpriced
I bought 2 of these packs a couple of years ago for $31 each. They were on a special but the full price was still only $50 AUD. To see that they are now charging $100 makes me so mad. How can you grow a sport by overcharging beginners? Ridiculous really. There are plenty of websites selling these discs for cheaper individually. And this also allows you to chose discs that are more useful. I highly rate the Valkyrie from this pack and the aviar. The buzz or the mako3 are probably better mid range discs than the panther though.
