We love this chair!
I did a lot of research before buying this massage chair. I was replacing my 20-year-old shiatsu massage chair. What influenced my decision, was the build durability, variety of auto programs, zero gravity, heat, and the build for tall people. We are 5-11 and 6-3. The auto programs vary in type and intensity, and we have established our favorites. I love the optional heat feature for my back. You can stretch your legs out much of the time, but you would have to hold them out to stay out. I find the relaxed position quite comfortable. We found the chair fairly easy to move into the house after delivery. It arrived well packaged! Upon inquiry, the company provided us with photo instructions for removal of chair sides, as it was too wide to get through the door. The narrative and pictures could have been a bit clearer for understanding, but we worked it out. There is a plastic knob on the upper inside portion of each side that has a squeeze button for proper removal, not mentioned. We are quite happy with the comfort of the chair and its features; we use it almost daily.

Satisfied with purchase
We're overall happy with the chair. Here are our pros and cons.Pros-1) Gives a really good full body massage.2) First massage chair I've tried that doesn't squeeze my calves too hard.3) Love the small amount of space it needs to operate.4) Love the Zero gravity position - it helps sink the body further into the massage.Cons -1) Menu is tedious if you want to select manual and go through all the items (wished there was a memory or save feature).2) Auto feature doesn't seem to let you adjust some things like intensity. It'll adjust for a second then goes back to default auto. Some auto features squeeze our hip area a tad too hard.

Great chair, terrible remote
I’m conflicted as I attempt to write this review because the chair really is quite exceptional; I’m not even going to qualify that with a “for the price,” because it is very much an excellent chair in build quality and design. The MK-V+ is easily on par with other full-size massage chairs that cost $4,000. At $2,500 it is truly a bargain.Right now you are probably wondering to yourself “why the 2-stars rating if the chair is so great and such a value?” The remote. Truly for no other reason. A massage chair’s remote is absolutely crucial to the experience and quality of the massage. One needs to be able to select where and the type of massage, for how long, heated or unheated, etc. This chair’s remote mostly allows for customization, but not easily or conveniently, and most definitely not clearly. It’s like trying to ride a motorcycle with training-wheels on; it can be done, but why would you, and what’s the point? The problem with the remote boils down to the fact that every useful function is buried in a menu system that makes you hunt for the massage you want. Let’s say you want a “Pain Relief” massage for 30 minutes with heat. You have to press the following sequence of buttons to do this simple task:Power,Auto,Auto,Menu,Down,Down,Down,Down,OK,Up,OK,Down,OK,Down,Menu. That’s a combination of 15 various button presses to select a basic automatic 30-minutes massage with heat! Why!?!My previous MK-II+ Remote had designated buttons for anything you might need. Want to add heat to the massage? Just press the Heat button. Want to extend the time of the massage? Press the Time button once for every 15 minutes you’d like to add. Want the automatic Pain Relief massage? Just press the Auto-2 button. It was so simple and could be done without looking at the remote once you got used to the button layout. Now the simplest thing takes so much more effort for no good reason. There are other issues when attempting to create a custom or manual massage. You can’t get the chair to focus on a zone, say your lower back, or on your upper back and shoulders, the way the old, much cheaper chair, does. There is a setting in the menu call Partial that is supposed to achieve this task, but you can’t actually choose where to focus, the chair chooses in what seems to be at its discretion. You will have to go to precision mode and use the up and down arrows to constantly move the rollers over the zone you want- it’s absurd.Otherwise, really great chair. The supple feel of the bonded leather fabric will not disappoint. It is a medium-black, which should blend with most home aesthetics, save for a traditional or classic styling decor, as the chair is obviously more contemporary by way of its nature. If you’d prefer a deeper, richer black, that can be achieved by applying your favorite leather conditioner (cream, not aerosol) or ArmorAll protectant. Stitching is great. Smells like a new car (for better or worse). And once the massage you want is finally setup, it really is sublime. It’s quieter too than previous models. A big plus as the air compressor was always too loud with the MK-II+.RELAXONCHAIR, PLEASE OFFER A DIFFERENT REMOTE, EVEN IF IT IS AFTER-MARKET FOR $$$

Love that this is an updated 2019 model
A+++I use this chair at least once a day. Great functions and a great price !Lots of rollers and air bladders. I loveThat this goes all the way under the buttocks. Rollers in feet are strong. I’ve tried several in a popular store in the mall and this one stands up to them .Only con I have been told by my 6’1son is that the leg extenders easeback up after extended but it doesn’t bother him .
