I wish I could star these products separately:The French braid tool was a joke. Followed instructions and it looked terrible and you could see the tool stick out. Instructions were very vague.The bun thing was interesting. Did the "European bun" instructions and it did come out but looked more like an Amish bun.The stick hoop thing was my favorite and worked really well.

Some of these items were quite easy to use and I make use of them almost daily! “Doing hair” isn’t my thing and I think if I spent time playing with these items (the bun strip and the braid piece) I’d have no problems. They’re a fun way to change things up!

I love the topsy tail loop kit. Easy to use and makes my pony tail look nice. The bun shaper works but I have to think about it and I usually have to try a few times. The braid set-haven't tried it. I would need help. I think it would work if I had someone to do it for me, but I am older and just can't get it.

I bought this set originally for the Topsy Turvy ponytail flipper, I absolutely adore those, and I have already used them many times on my twin six year olds. My daughters absolutely love the bun maker, though it can be tricky because they have layered hair, once you find the right spot for it it provides a beautiful bun, I do have to spray the hair with some hairspray to make sure I catch all the flyaways but it turns out perfect and once I get the hang of it I'm sure it will be much faster. The French braiding tool, I have yet to be able to use successfully. I know how to French braid, and for some reason I can't figure out how to use this tool effectively. When I do French braids without it, it never turns out tight enough, so it looks loose and messy, but when I tried to use the tool I couldn't even get the braids really started. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong so I'm hoping I just need more practice with it. Either way, the set is definitely worth the purchase because of the other two items that I use so often.

Hair styling. You get what you pay for. Flimsy. If you have a lot of hair braid assist won’t really work unless you want a very loose braid. I’m a hairdresser and it just not worth it.

I bought this for my daughter to learn how to do her own hair. My daughters have long hair so the bun shaper is easy to use. The twist hair braiding set is a little hard to get to stay in the hair while braiding but I found if I put a barrette above it helps hold it in place. The loops are helpful.

These do a good job and, for the money, are a good value. Only took off one star for ease of use because, for true dummies like me, those French braid weavers are still hard. I may also just be hopeless.

I purchased this set to try new hairstyles when wearing my hair up. I haven’t tried the bun maker yet but love the styles using the other items. They arrived just as described and seem to be durable too.

Alright for the price, but you'll struggle with thick hair. One loop tool broke first useage on my hair. Luckily you get two of everything. Bun tools are great but tricky to install. Haven't used braid tool, I find it easier to just freehand braid.
