I have taken Lipolyze for some time now. I do really enjoy the fact that this is a non stim-fat burner and that it had very effective appetite suppression abilities. Also, the change in my diet reflected the biggest change in effectiveness, so with proper diet and exercise I think this product can be used effectively.I definitely get a strong thermo effect with good fat burning ... with the right cardio program (I use Jillian Michaels DVDs and workout at home) this one will smash the fat away. I also use the Species Protein Powder during the day( 2 shakes) to add more protein in my diet. Stack with Somalyze of a night time to keep the fat burning going while you sleep ;)Whether it is worth getting all three with the price tag is up to you,but I know it is to me!

So, I have been trying to find something that curbs my appetite and keeps me from eating everything in sight. These pills have done it. If I wake up starving I take one and 20-30 min later I am eating less than normal. I've gotten to the point that 1/4-1/3 of what I used to eat is filling. I've now started cutting my portions in half and usually can't even finish that. Even when I haven't taken it my stomach has shrunk so much my portions are so much smaller. I am down 4 lbs and am happy with that progress. Will definitely purchase again.So, I got sick and stopped taking these. Not because of these but a major stomach bug that was going around. I started them up again 2 days ago and have energy again. Today I took one before my workout at 430a and it kicked me in gear. I have tried so many pills and programs that I almost gave up and was looking into surgery. I hope these change my course.

None of these products should be considered as miracle workers, but there should be some noticeable assistance. This product provided no assistance and is not worth the cost. There was no benefit of appetite suppression or weight loss.

Who really knows. It might work I took everyday while cutting. Did it help? maybe. But probably wouldn’t get again. Nothing wrong with it though

I actually lost a lot of body fat. But I was also dieting too. But combined with both its extremely effective. No jitters and was able to sleep.
