This light is gorgeous! I noticed when I bought it the verdict was split as to whether or not the light was bright enough. In my bathroom the only other light is the fan/light combo which is not very bright. I felt this light was fine as far a brightness. It is right over my sink in the bathroom, I have no problems seeing well with it as the source of light. If you had a really big bathroom and this was the only light maybe it would not be enough.

Casts a very cool shadow/light on the walls. Very bright, unique, totally awesome looking in our bathroom. No signs of burns on the ceiling, as other reviewers have mentioned. Looks great in our bathroom and new house - contemporary and interesting with plenty of brightness. If you add a dimmer switch to the lights, it would be even better. Highly recommend.

The single photo of this light fixture didn't give me a good sense of its proportions. I liked the caged lights -- very pretty, cool-looking, and delicate-- but the glass shades that covered them seemed clunky to me. I returned it.

The photo provided on Amazon doesn't help much, so I did some googling & i'd say the light looks exactly as pictured & fit perfectly above the bathroom mirror. Like with any home purchase, make sure to measure. then measure again. i found the Dimensions - 4.75" Height x 26.00" Width x 6.25" Depth to be true. i've attached some photos that helped me to decide on purchasing this light. There is a lot of shine, from the chrome base to the wire wrapped lights.

Tried this 3 light fixture for small powder room. Not tiny, but small. The scale looked off to me. The glass cubes were just too large for the space. But liked it enough to keep it so I thought I might make it work in an average sized spare bathroom. The scale of the glass cubes looked perfect in there, but now the 3 lights would be too few in a regular bathroom. The 5 light would probably work given the amount of light emitted(40 watts per bulb). I am hesitant though after reading the review of the light leaving smoke marks on the ceiling. Would like reassurance of the safety of this light fixture. I did not actually hook up this light but am going by other reviews. Ultimately have to return because scale too chunky for a small powder room but light output too low for an average sized bathroom.

I wanted to update my bathroom. This is the prettiest bathroom fixture I have seen. It casts a shadow that really adds to the décor. My husband did not have problems installing. There was a small piece of plastic on the light bulb that smoked so beware of this. There was an extra bulb and I changed the bulb and had no further problem. I highly recommend this fixture.

We ordered this light on a whim as the one we ordered for the space did not work. After installing this one and flipping the switch, the room took on a new life. We put in in a half bathroom that needed some jazz. This light hit the spot! There are star burst looking shadows that cast on the white walls. When you turn it on, it transforms into an art piece. We love it!

Everything arrived unbroken and took about an hour to install ( I was being very careful). The lighting is perfect for our tastes, not too bright and not too dark. I have attached 2 photos although it is tough to get an accurate photo of the true lighting. I was a little worried but it has turned out great so far.
