I have tried many protein powders and most I cannot get past my nose. This, however, tastes pretty good. Definitely helps hunger pains. I notice if I drink this a cople times per day I am able to overcome my cravings for less healthy choices. The 1-Ounce packs are expensive, but easy to travel with. I buy the tub to keep at home and take these with me when I travel.The only thing that made it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it does not always dissolve well. That may just be protein powder.

I am on a diet and it sucks...I joined a workout "bootcamp" and it too sucks, BUT I have got to get back into shape this year...more specifiacally, I need to be in a bikini one week and one month from now. Nectar is probably my biggest support right now. First off, it is fairly delicious. Once you ween yourself off of real ice cream treats, you'll think this is a treat. No...it doesn't taste like a DQ Blizzard, but it is sweet and creamy and pretty soon you will not even think about getting any of the bad fattening stuff. Second, this truly truly curbs your appetite. I have one of these for breakfast and I don't even think about food again for a good three to four hours which is a miracle for me. Definitely use this shake instead of Slim Fast or any of those other grocery store weight loss/protein shakes. This blows them out of the water.

I really like this flavor of Nectar and it's delicious in coffee! I make an iced coffee with it and just shake it up before I drink it and it's delicious. I like that these work great for traveling and I look forward to having them on the road with me. Overall a good way to increase protein that tastes great also!

What a delicious way to enhance your protein consumption. This is not the chalky, gritty protein powder of old; this is smooth, creamy and delicious. I make it with almond/coconut milk, regular almond milk and milk. The vanilla and cappuccino flavors are excellent also.

This product is delicious and has no sugar and high protein. It mixes well with fruit to make a nice smoothie, or you can just add ice cubes and make a yummy chocolate shake.

I love having the convenient packs. This has a really good taste, kind of mild, and not really sweet. I do like it. I think mixing it with some cold coffee is a good flavor alternative for a cold iced mocha shake. :)

This stuff is so cheap and beyond fabulous! Great with milk! Not horrible with water! Getting a lot of protein in not much drink! Love the cappuccino flavor

Great for travel! More expensive than baggin your own in baggies, but it's easy to get through airport screening, so worth the extra $$.
