Vita Craft 8 Inch Chef Pan and Cover Set

My wife bought her 1st set of Vita Craft cookware when she was graduated from college.(We're senior citizens now). Have bought sets for gifts also. Lifetime warranty, parts replacement, best customer service. Made USA.

It's just OK

Excellent quality found in flat bottom balence, even heating and ease of cleaning. Very pleased with this cookware.

Had a difficult time finding unbiased reviews about the pan and corporation but based on a previous cooking show, I decided to take a chance. I fgured if I could scramble eggs or fry eggs with minimal sticking, it would pass the test. Sorry to say, after following the directions that came with the pan, the eggs stuck terribly and took me 5 minutes to clean the pan. Back in the box the pan went and got a refund.

The pan is perfect for making chinese pot stickers. The dumplings are brown and crispy on one side and well steamed on the other.PS: The "pot stickers" do not stick to the pan.

I love all my vitacraft cookware. You do have to use a coated pan for eggs. It takes awhile to get use to the cooking temps. I definitely use a lower heat setting, the whole pot/pan gets hot. Great for steaming chicken, very moist. My family even prefers skillet hamburgers now to grilled! Let meat cook for awhile on one side then flip and cover. Always perfect;) As for cleaning, I don't have a problem. Mine came with a sample of bar keepers friend and it works wonderfully.
