Pancakes
Its like making Pancakes, the Batter is thin and goes a long ways. It dries Hard but is Chalky and White. You could rub it away or sand it down, its a powder chalky residue. It filled a 2in deep and 5 by 3 hole in the floor. It dries white. I don't see any cracking or breaking it seems hard as a rock. Chair rolls over it fine. It setups in 30 minutes and you could add more if you wanted but takes probably 24hrs to cure.

You’ll never go back to pre-mixed filler again. Powdered product you mix when you need. BRILLIANT!
Once you buy this filler, you will NEVER go back to the pre-made stuff.Everyone has experienced the frustration of finding that tube of pre-made stuff you bought 6 months ago for some other project you did and it’s now hard as a brick. These days are over with this stuff because you only mix up what you need when you need it.Quit screwing around AND wasting your money.Buy this and you’ll always have wood filler on-hand. It’s a powder....Add a bit of water, mix with a popsicle stick & you’re ready to go.I don’t know why they don’t advertise this better. I never heard of it until I read a recommendation on somebody’s blog about it.I don’t think I’ll need to buy wood filler for the rest of my life.I’ve used this on a whole bunch of projects, filling nail holes in baseboards, fixing bad spots on some wood furniture & fixing the holes in cabinet drawers from old hardware when I changed to new hardware.Just get it, you won’t be sorry

Amazing! Perfect for wood
Wow! This stuff is amazing! I've used it on so many applications, and it's worked everytime! I just much it to the consistency I need, let it dry and wow! I've drilled into it, I've sanded it, you name it, I've used it to fill the hole from a door handle I removed, sanded and painted over it with great results. It doesn't take a stain and the color is similar to manila folder but it will take paint. I rebuilt a corner brace that was under a table top where parts of the old wood splintered off. Just made a form, filled the gaps with this putty, drilled the lag bolt holes and it was perfect. Too many uses to list here. And a little goes a long way. The directions are a little vague so you'll just need to adjust the water/powder ratio as you go along.

Easy fix for a lot of things
This is an easy fix for a lot of things. I've used it on masonry and wood with good results. It really does dry rock-hard and can be sanded to whatever shape you need. The one-pound container goes a long way and is an excellent value for the $$.

YET ANOTHER USE FOR THIS GREAT PUTTY!!!
One more way to use this: I do a lot of woodwork, mostly on old boats. I also build items that are to withstand the outside environment (Pacific Northwest) year round. If you use epoxy fillers and adhesives, this putty makes a GREAT filler. Just mix the Rock Hard putty in with your resin/hardener mix until you have the desired thickness. Then just use it (instead of your conventional filler) as you would the regular epoxy; fill holes, bond two surfaces, substrate for painted floor etc. When the epoxy cures, it takes on the appearance of an agate. Very hard and somewhat difficult to sand so you will need to start by not over filling the area where it is used, then use a slightly more aggressive grit and finally, use the finish grit.It can be drilled, screwed, threaded and painted. Very hard when cured.I normally use West System epoxy but I replace their filler with this (for about 11 years now) and I have not had one job come back on me yet.Give this a try, you'll be glad you did!!!ThanksAU//(~_~)\\
