Great product & really excellent customer service
A brilliant product which is exactly as described and greta value for money. I contacted Furnished twice with queries and received really excellent customer service (sadly so rare these day!) I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good quality, value for money!
When I received my order initially the blinds had been damaged (during delivery), and when I contacted the seller, they responded immediately (on a bank holiday Sunday!) And offered me either a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and very pleased I did as they are perfect, good quality and a lovely colour. Would definately reccomend as the blinds are great and the seller very professional. Very good value for money!

my room is darker
cream coloured, they're not exactly black out blinds, but the room is darker, sunrise was waking me and it is now filteredreasonably easy to install, I have actually purchased two of these and the fixing kits differed, I preferred the version with metal fixingsthe instructions are not as plain and simple as they'd like to think and it does take a bit of time to work out particularly how the locking mechanism fits on the metal clipthe order was dispatched very efficiently. the team noticed i had ordered incorrectly and cancelled one of my orders, so excellent customer servicethe cut-to-size feature - you tell them exactly how many cm wide you want your blind and it seems to be cut professionally.

Perfect fit
The blind was fitting in a recess and hence had to be accurately cut. It fitted perfectly.The L shaped fixing brackets are considerable longer than they need to be. Sorter would look neater.

Keeps falling down
I have dunelm ones everywhere else in the house and the ends are sprung loaded to keep it secure, these aren’t and without modifying it it just keeps falling down when you pull the blind up. Really badly made
