I ordered the YERBA MATE PIPORE 3kg ( 6 packs of 500gr) in September, 2023 and it was really nice. I ordered it again in January 2024 and the product packaging was different. It looked cheaper and it was dusty. The taste is different (much less strong). And now I am being told this is not eligible for return or refund !! Two of the bags had big chunks of blackish color leaves stuck together, the bottom of these bags looked like they were wet at some point. I am disappointed in the quality and the waste of tea that occurred due to this issue.

Surprisingly very good quality for the price, highly recommended!
