This was exactly as described. The Lake Blue color is beautiful, and the drape is a perfect length to cover up my generic metal bed frame. It is very lightweight so it may not provide too much warmth without a quilt in between, during winter. It would be a perfect coverlet for warm summer nights. I love it, and the price is more than fair. I do not put it in the dryer.

I wanted a lightweight, Shabby Chic, durable, SOFT, washable bedspread with ruffles to the floor. I now own two of these and cannot say enough about how much I've enjoyed them! They wash and dry (even on high heat) like a dream—never any tears or loose seams. I've had the first for over five years, and it has survived frequent washings due to a very high-shedding doggie--and still looks just as new as the one I bought this past spring. The second one is a "backup" because I want this item forever!!!

I have been wanting a simple drop ruffle bedspread/coverlet in linen for ages...while this is decidedly NOT linen, it is a great substitute. I purchased in white, and although it is wrinkled out of the bag, it is lovely. I was looking for a clean vintage farmhouse look and this delivered. It is subtly feminine and romantic without being cutesy or cheesey or childish. No fussy frills and ruffles mess.• I fits my bed perfectly, and the drop ruffle (single only, not multiple/frilly) is the perfect length. My mattress is 12" thick and my bed frame is about 13" high, so there is a nice pooling of material on the floor.• The material is very soft and at first I was concerned the coverlet would be too sheer (I have sheets in varying shades of blue and patterns) but the top is much thicker than the sides, and the dark blue sheet is not noticeable on the sides or top.• There are some threads here and there, but overall the construction is good. I feel confident this will last awhile.• The only concern I have is keeping the white white. I was looking at a different coverlet when shopping for something like this and that was described as "delicate material/dry clean only" which was a pass for me. THIS one is machine washable, cold/gentle cycle which is wonderful.I definitely would 10/10 buy this again. If white doesn't work over time, I'll try another color.UPDATE 9 months later: As anticipated, the white has not held up too well to daily use. I've washed it multiple times and even though I haven't reduced the star rating, I'd say it dropped by half a star because of these two issues:1) The thin stuffing in the top of the cover is beginning to bunch up so it gets lumpier after each wash (I wash on cold and always airdry)2) Worse than that, the top is starting to pill everywhere! I have this dark pilling all over and it really shows up against the white.Sooooo.....I just ordered a new set in the light grey. I might buy a pill shaver to see if I can salvage the white bedspread because I really still love this thing.

Looks as expected I really wanted a certain look and this delivers. I also embellished the top of the spread to stabilize the batting. This is really pretty but I would not put this in a high demand area. If you are looking for a soft look that elevates your space this is it. I ordered a grey and it’s a beautiful soft shade. I really hope this holds up well because I like it a lot.

I’m very pleased with this bedspread. I purchased it because I wanted a spread that that fit with my French country style and that fit into my washing machine. The spread is beautiful and the ruffle falls gracefully to the floor without bunching onto the floor. It fit perfectly on my queen sized bed. The top contains a layer of light batting. The fabric is very soft. Just out of the bag it is quite wrinkly but looks nice anyway. I’m sure the wrinkles will smooth in time. The recommendation for cleaning is to dry clean but several reviewers said the spread washed without problems. My concern with washing is that the batting, which doesn’t appear to be tacked down, will bunch and become mis-shapen. I plan to pin the batting in several places to prevent that.THIS IS AN UPDATE: The recommendation is that this spread be dry cleaned. I decided to wash it on the gentlest cycle of my washer and tumble dried it at a medium setting. My appliances are an average size and the spread fit easily. The spread washed beautifully without shrinking. I had feared that the batting inside the spread would bunch but this didn't happen. When I put it back on the bed I noted that there are small stitches placed in the spread at intervals that tack all layers of the spread together so that bunching would not occur. The spread did come out with wrinkling but these mostly smoothed out after the spread was on over time. The wrinkles actually look nice like a crinkle fabric. I do not plan to wash it too often as the fabric does seem delicate.

I really do like this King-size Bedspread a lot. The price was reasonable too. It's everything I was looking for except a few stitching flaws in the fabric itself which are not attractive, and the color. The color is not blush, which I assumed to be close to pink. It passes for my bedroom but I am actually disappointed it is not pink or even close to pink AT ALL. It is a PEACH color which would be fine if I wanted peach. I thought to return it but there was wasn't any other color I wanted. I've decided to keep it because it is so soft and lightweight. I overheat easily. It's pretty thin, and seems to make me think it could tear easily if not handled with care. I'm actually thinking of possibly covering it with a Queen Size Spead to protect it from any accidents. As you can see, it's "Kitty Cat" approved.

This comforter looks so pretty, plus it hides all the cap under my bed. It is incredibly soft and cozy, doesn’t sleep hot
