Bought as a replacement to my 16+ years old Neff oven
So far, so good! It even fits my old "universal pan", so I gained an extra one! :DIt doesn't come with a plug but neither did the last oven: the plug from the last oven works fine!I'll probably will only use 3 of the settings: oven, grill. light! The only draw back I see (and it stopped me from buying a full retreat/slide under oven door) is that it took me 30 seconds to remove the oven door from my last Neff oven. No idea how to remove the door from this oven! Surely I'm not hurled back to the days of reaching into the far corners from aside!?!

Poorly made oven, don't expect it to last
On the good side - it works very well as an oven when it works. Easy to use, and looks good. The bad side is that the door is held on primarily by glue, which fails over time - this can lead to the door becoming detached. This is really poor quality from a premium brand and I would recommend giving it a wide berth.

Very disappointing for a premium brand
We decided to buy this after our trusty Zanussi bit the dust after many years of service. My wife does a lot of baking so we took the plunge on a premium brand. What we didn't realise is that this is Neff's entry level model, despite it costing more than mid-range models of many other brands. It was easy enough to fit (13 amp, so just needs a plugging into a regular socket), and it's easy to use. It does have a cleaning feature but it simply involves placing a small amount of water in the bottom of the oven that the self-clean setting warms gently - presumably aimed at "steam cleaning" the oven. Needless to say that it's useless. There really is no substitute for an oven with pyrolytic cleaning, which our last oven had.The worst aspect of this oven is the uneven cooking. It's bad enough when just cooking a tray of oven chips, let alone trying to bake cakes. After a little over a year of owning this oven we've had enough and have just ordered one from another manufacturer, so my wife can start baking again.
