Yes definitely. I hope that Amazon allows for this comment to show. So I'm a 36 d and my sister is 38dd. It held me in pretty well but it only covers her niples. Her boobs are a little more saggy so it covers the bottom but I would imagine that if yours are a bit perkier the may not even cover that. It doesn't provide much support but it hits what need to be hidden and even puts up well in the washer.
