Q: Will this work on my iPhone 8 and what kinda batteries does it need? and does it draw?

It will work on your iPhone 8, It doesn’t require batteries. You can also draw with it. You have to be careful with it though because if you don’t have a screen protector it will leave tiny scratches on your screen

Q: Does it still work if you rest your hand on the screen?

By doing that ( resting hand on screen ) more often than not it doesn’t work, you can end up moving the orientation of the screen / picture itself. I use it a lot for editing pictures and design work and without resting my hand on the screen it works a treat.

Q: Is this suitable for iPad 6th generation

Yes, I bought it for my 6th gen iPad and it works perfectly.

Q: Does this work on an Samsung tab A?

Think of this as a "finger replacement". It works on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro, so as far as I know any touch screen device should be compatible. It provides a bit more precision than clumsy fingers, especially on small keypad situations.
