Prestige Partner Food Processor, 1000 Watt, Black and Silver

Material quality is extremely substandard. The first one that I received had a major issue. The motor would make an extremely loud noise with pronounced vibrations during use as if the bearings were worn-out. Also, after about three to four uses all the jars started getting locked onto the motor unit and would need two people to prize it loose. One to hold the motor unit firmly while the other wrestled with the jar to prize it loose. This resulted in the bases of the jars getting loose and the jars then rotating within these base making it even more difficult to prize it loose since there was no significant surface to hold onto to unlock the jar form the main unit. Took Prestige to be an established brand but found the food processor to be an extremely substandard product. Returned that unit. Received the replacement within three days. (kudos to Amazon for immediate replacement) However, the spindle of the motor unit was eccentric (photo attached) resulting in a mis-alignment because of which no jar would fit on-to the motor unit. Returned that too and got a refund. (kudos again to Amazon for a quick pick-up and a same day refund). Vendors seem to be taking Amazon for a ride. I am sure both the units that I received, were either rejects or seconds. There's no chance that a unit as seen in the photo can pass a QA test. And if it did, god help Prestige. The packaging too was opened and almost in tatters when the both the item were delivered. Appears Amazon, either has no control over their vendors or has a very weak vendor auditing program in place. I would advise to steer clear of this utterly substandard product.

Overall a very good product. Idli/dosa batter is a bit granular.

mixers speed knob stopped working within 2 weeks of receiving it, low built quality

First of all I want to tell you the food processor bowl should be fixed same as shown in picture as well as it's lid then it will work. The plastic quality is ok but should be more good overall machine is functioning properly but material used in that not good as price of it

One item miss I msg daily but no any reply from prestige and Amazon both I want to exchange bit no one resolve my problem very bad experience and worst product this is waste of money product Dekho or Rolo bs daily

Firstly seemed to be good but later burnt smell is coming upon using just 5 mins. Best avoid this. Not at all recommended

Product looks good and however it's started giving problems after 8 months. Jars blades are loosened and it didn't get repaired hence bought a new ones. Later within in a month power issue and up to now repaired thrice within in a year. It's a third class product from Prestige.
