Cute, safe and functional!
My nearly 2 year old loves these. She was fighting us for more independence in the water (she didnt want to be held) and so I looked into vests that would keep her safe, whilst letting her move around without an adult holding her. This vest does a great job of supporting her body in a way that makes it easy to keep her head above water. She was able to splash around (including going up and down steps and "jumping" off the step ledge) all while keeping her head up.I feel like this is going to be a great tool in helping her learn to swim. Even in one swim session, she was learning a lot about how to move her body in the water.(Please note that while I was looking for something that helped her gain independence, she ALWAYS has adult supervision in the water, as should all young children. I'm very aware of the stats regarding infant drowning and want to stress that this product is fantastic at allowing your child to develop SOME independence in moving around the water, but an adult always should be present).

Highly recommend this for water and boat safety
My two year old loves this thing. This floaty has given her the confidence to jump in and out of the pool. She is now able to jump in and out without wearing it during her swim lessons. She is 2 years old and was average height and weight at her two year appointment. She wears it at the tightest possible setting and it works well in the pool. Out of the pool it does still look a bit big and the arm pieces do sag a bit when wet and out of the pool. However, the chest part stays in place in and out of the pool and together with the arms it is in no danger of sliding down. I’m happy that this will last a long time since there is plenty of room to grow.

Nice product. Fits 5 year old.
I bought this for a large 1 year old baby, but it was much too big. It fit her 5 year old cousin perfectly, and she loved it. It's much safer than individual blow-up arm bands that can come off. The child was buoyant the entire time.

Toddler Must Have
Great Product!! Super well made, gave my child confidence going in the water the very first time putting it on. After some time in the water with guidance around the pool, shortly after she started kicking her feet and moving her arms in swimming motions. The product gives great range of motion so the child is still comfortable while being in the water. There’s a buckle/strap in the back to secure the vest. The material is light weight.Highly recommend this Puddle Jumper.** Also, it did come in a box from the Stearns with all the tags from the Manufacturer **

Flexes with movement and U.S. Coast Guard approved PFD
These type of personal floatation device is awesome. I feel like this has given my toddler more confidence in the water. There are multiple layers of Styrofoam so it allows more movement and doesn't seem to compress like other styles of life jackets. This also allows for easy play on the shore. It is approved as a PFD in the U.S. but check your country if wanting to use it on open water. Very easy to take on and off and also to tighten.

USCG approved floatation for active, underdeveloped swimmers
This is our second puddle jumper. The first one got stolen from daycare (I guess they like them as well). I use it on my 7 year old as she thinks she is a better swimmer than she really is and likes to swim with her older siblings. It gives her free range to go in the deeper end and gives me confidence that she will not go under water. It fits snug on her body and I like that and the clip on the back gives me the control to wether or not she can have it off. She swims around no problem and it only restricts some movement. It is cute and feminine and comes in an array of different looks, so no matter what look your little one is into they should have no problem finding one that fits their personality. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a large size. I’m glad my 7 year old is not above average in size (arms or chest) or else it wouldn’t fit. Children come in all sizes and it would be nice if there was one for the larger children as they could use this product. The price of this is comparable to other places I have looked. Oh and our gym only allows USCG approved floatation devices...BONUS!!

A MUST for any toddler
We introduced this to our daughter months before she turned 2. She's now 2.5 years old and knows this is an essential wear for swimming pools. We love this -it's lightweight and easy to ease. We are comforted in knowing this keeps her safe, even with our constant supervision anyway.Get this -it's worth the investment.

Buy these! They are great!!!
These are not just your everyday puddle jumpers floaties thingys. No these turn your child into a fearless water animal. This is what happened to our toddler. We went to the beach and they were a little scared the first day. Then the puddle jumpers got put on. It was on like donkey Kong ! This toddler all of a sudden had no fear of any water. So when I say these are awesome I mean These are awesome! As in said toddler would jump into the pool by themselves and swim by themselves. These keep their head above the water and allow them to move their arms enough and be able to lean forward a little to be able to kick their feet to move around in the pool. So yes they work. They work great!
