Q: Will this work on a 04 honda accord 3.0 to support engine?

It should work. It is universal to work on a great many vehicles. As long as there is somewhere to place the legs of the transverse bar on the edges of the fender (I like to put them close to the struts as I feel this is a strong point in the structure) and a spot on the upper radiator support for the longitudinal leg, you are good to go. The longitudinal leg is more for stability than support so it does not have to be centered on the vehicle, just place it out of the way of your work. Its mainly there to just keep the transverse bar from falling over & theoretically you could completely remove it if for some reason it was in the way but I do not suggest you do it as I do not advocate for anything that could make the product less safe. That being said, I don't know if I have used it on an 04 Accord specifically but I have used it on quite a few vehicles, including Honda's, and it has worked for me.

Q: How wide do the feet measure? It doesn't look to be adjustable width wise.

Hi Tim, it is adjustable width wise, I bought it to hold the engine on my 1998 ford windstar. it adjusted just fine, and had more to go.I'm very satisfyed with the product, the only thing I had to do was use some chains to support the engine cause the cables that come with itdidn't work for my needs.

It ships completely disassembled, and can be broken down after use quickly.

Q: How do I raise the engine 20mm with this support bar?

This tool is NOT intended to raise the engine. It is only intended to support the engine when the engine cradle/sub frame is removed. You could theoretically raise the engine with this tool by using the adjusting nuts on the threaded J-hooks, but I don't recommend it. Best to raise the engine with a jack or hoist to where you want it and use this tool to hold it there while you perform whatever repairs.
