Centec Systems 93565 Shop Vacuum Garage Kit, 50 Ft. Hose, Orange/Black

I purchased this hose to use with my shop vac. The quality was better than expected. The hose was so very easy to use. The hose is long enough to go from the front to the back of my garage. It was so flexible that it didn't get easily clogged but was light enough that is was a chore to maneuver.

I hadn't used this vac hose in a while but used it recently. I was really disappointed with the suction. I decided to inspect for leaks on the hose but got dizzy staring at the orange rings so I decided to use it as a blower and see if I could spot any holes. My mistake was I did it indoors. The hose was clogged with small wood debris from some other project and blew junk all over the place. Any way, problem solved, the hose works great. A word of advice: only use this on dust/sand type applications. The openings are smaller than the hose and will clog if you vacuum something too large for it.

I added this to a hose reel in my garage to be able to easily vacuum out cars without the hassle of dragging a vacuum around. The hose works as expected. Keep in mind that you will lose suction. This one is 30 feet and the loss in suction is noticeable but it still does a pretty good job. My recommendation would be to go as short as you can to minimize the losses. It's much sturdier than the typical hose that comes with most shop vacs. I would give it 5 stars but the accessory attachments are a bit odd. They aren't angled correctly for comfortable use and I'm noticing some additional loss of suction at the attachments. The hose itself is good but I'll look for better accessories. Overall still a pretty good deal for the money

This is a fantastic product if it had stronger suction. When using you have to go over the same area multiple times for a good vacuum

The hose is extremely well made and the end will unscrew and reattach if the hose gets damaged. It comes with a hanger for storage, and a bag to store the attachments. Very nice selection of attachments are included (a crevice tool for the car, and a 2 foot long one for use with appliances and to clean dryer vents. Great buy for the money.

Bought this to make my shop vac stationary and still have access to it from anywhere in the shop. The hose is well-made and the accessories are pretty cool. My only suggestion to the company is maybe a little beefier hose rack, but it works fine. That would just put it over the top. Also comes with a hose bag. I used it to store my original larger diameter hose in case I need to suck up water sometime.

False advertising! Does not fit ANYTHING I own. Does Not fit Shop Vac brand vacuum. Does not fit Dust Deputy. Tool end does not fit Bosch, Makita, sanders or any woodworking tools in my arsenal including Hitachi table saw or Bosch router table.Now I’m scrambling to find some kind of adapters to make this hose work at BOTH currently useless ends.I will update if I find something to make this work. The hose itself is decent quality but out of the box it is completely useless. The funny thing is that Amazon recommends the Dust Deputy for purchase with this item. It doesn’t fit the Dust Deputy without some alteration or finding connectors to make it fit. Smh
