As a game Designer/Developer this laptop is perfect. All of a sudden...I got the power. Thanks HP!

Over all its a good laptop
well the first time I turned it on it crashed the battery only last 2 hr compared to the 5 it promised I guess that's when it's closed or in sleep mode power cord falls out super easy and if it slides out 1 millimeter it doesn't charge the charger also turns on and off when it gets hot I'm just all round disgusted wirh it oh the battery isn't replaceable you no access to hard drive or ram but besides all those problems it runs pretty good

Had a problem, They made it right.
The power supply was faulty.. Store called immediately and straighten out the problem. Very good company and product. Happy with the purchase.
