Good, functional product, easy to fit
Installed this into a new build house, and it works fine with the new style plastic, insulated loft hatches. Assembly instructions are well written and illustrated. Ladder itself appears sturdy and well made - has twin locking bolts on ladder sections which help when extending/retracting. I chose not to fit the handrail - just to keep space for lifting stuff in/out the hatch

Too much to assemble
This took 48 hours to assemble and fit, I just could not charge £500 labour

have a small house/landing/loft, this one stores ok though ...
have a small house/landing/loft, this one stores ok though had to fit the ladder over to one side of the trapdoor in order to clear a roof truss and it took a while to fit but no problems as the instructions were well written and illustrated.
