I’ve been using this product for 10 years now. It’s really the only one that works for me. I’ve tried others and it just doesn’t work as well. Sadly, I used to be able to get it just about anywhere, not anymore. I’m thankful that Amazon carries it. Especially at a good price.

Add me to the five-star fans who have already reviewed this probiotic - I highly recommend it. As an RN, I have seen the miseries of blocked up bowels and never wanted to be incompasitated in that way myself. My thanks to the reviewer who wrote that taking two of these before a meal would produce results. They were right on the money. If you have had a course of antibiotic therapy, either by mouth in pill form or IV, this product should be on your list. But more importantly, incorporating this into your daily routine can produce healthy, regular bowels. That's so important, because about 70% of a healthy immune system starts in your gut. Because this excellent product is freeze dried, you don't need to worry about buying a probiotic that won't work - it is nearly identical to the one we give in the hospital ( where we administer many freeze-dried meds after reconstitution). Take it from a nurse who has had a touchy GI track all my life, this stuff works and I hope I never have to do without it.
