This is a worst dewalt tool i ever have. How difficult to tell people what iteam is not comingWith the tool. I have to buy separate guard for this tool. Because the guard come with the tool is not working when I place my cutting blade. No holding nut.No description what other accessories I might need to use all kinds of blade, no thing but disaster.I

Have always used Dewalt for grinders and they hold up bar none.

I bought this to remove paint from a basement wall. This grinder is huge and heavy (at least for me) but it got the job done pretty quickly. In retrospect I probably should have gotten a slightly smaller version for better control.

Works well.

The media could not be loaded. SCAM. I bought two sets of these grinders and both came out damaged, they have no power and throw more sparks than normal.

Be aware that this tool doesn't come with the backing flange and clamp nut...2 very essential items if you want to use it straight out of the box as a grinder...which is what it's designed as. The user manual that comes with this tool lists different accessory options depending on it's end use, but it is listed as an angle grinder and therefore should come with the backing flange and clamp nut. Also, the part numbers for the backing flange and clamp nut are not correct in the users manual. The correct part numbers are Backing Flange 054339-00 $12.95 and Clamp Nut 390426-00 $5.89. One more thing. You will need the special wrench to tighten the clamp nut. Come on Dewalt. If you're going to list it as a grinder then send all the grinder attachments or inform the buyer that these items are sold separately and give the part numbers for them. Lots of messing around to find these items.
