These are perfect for the man hole we have in our garden. There very sturdy. Very well made. Pleased with purchase

I was unsure of the size, as many keys seem to be different, but I checked the holes and these seemed to be ok. Luckily for me they were, fitting perfectly.Unfortunately, the manhole was jammed solid with tiny stones and grit around the edges, so the keys didn't work at all at first. After an hour of using screwdrivers, a club hammer and two different crowbars to prise out the grit and loosen the cover, the keys were able to do their job. They lifted the cover no problem at all.One thing that impressed me was when I got so frustrated at the stuck cover, I tried using the inserted keys as a tool against which to lever up my crowbar, hoping to raise the cover that way. I put a lot of pressure on the crosspieces and the keys didn't break or bend, despite being small and cheap, so they're obviously pretty solidly made.Just measure your slots to make sure these fit, and if so, these keys are at least as good as any.

Good quality, easy to use.

Bought these to enable me to lift the drain in my back yard, the one that cost me almost £260!! to get unblocked by a local drainage company. So, bought myself this and a quality set of Draper drain rods. Cheaper to do it myself. Excellent bit of kit that only costs a few pounds and can save a fortune. No homeowner should be without a set of these. Never know when you will need to lift a manhole cover and they don't cause me to break a nail :) Give my muscles a good workout though when I do lift the drain lid (the size of a manhole cover!) Love Draper as a brand and I recommend these highly and better price than from my local DIY place.

Solid metal and a good weight. The handles are long enough to be able to hang them an open grid shelf.
