Koblenz P-4000 Floor Cleaning Machine, 12-Inch

Go by the directions and use cold water only as hot water allows the rubber hose to get soft, kink and the water will not flow out. Brushes are a little softer than I anticipated but worked well on my carpet.

Product is great and works good. However it arrived broke (despising handle) and have been waiting 2 months for replacement part.

the product appears to work well so far. I was going to return it at first as it turned up in a box that was in poor shape. I took pictures and had intended to return it but my husband looked at it tried it an determined that even if it had been used (I bought it new but it appeared to have been used slightly) it seemed to work well. I sincerely hope so since I now have arthritis so badly in my hands and knees that I cannot get down to the floor to strip wax as I do twice a year. This product is made in Mexico which also bothered me given the state of things there I had to wonder if they had paid any kind of decent wage to those who put it together. As I said I am keeping it but can't in good conscience say that it is a great product because I don't know but I did want to warn people that the shipping was very badly done and it is a risk to have anything delivered UPS these days. I say this because I order a great many things online and if UPS is used to ship them the boxes end up here in horrible shape. I return way more things than I should have to.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT BAD SELLER. MANUFACTURER NOT COVERING REPAIRS ON THE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY DESPITE THE MACHINE WAS NEVER USED. MACHINE WAS BROKEN FROM THE START. WATER BUCKED WAS LEAKING. SPRAYER NEVER WORKED.ZERO STARS. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR OTHERWISE COULD NOT SUBMIT THE REVIEW.

Bought this for use in a veterinary clinic. Works well and is much easier than scrubbing by hand!

Product good, shipping package terrible..

We ordered this for our business and it suits us perfectly, so far. We manufacture flour based products so, as you can imagine, flour dust gets everywhere.This is used strictly in the employee break room and rest room. The employee rest room is directly off the break room and after the employees wash their hands and sometimes their face, the water splashes all over the floor and they track it into the breakroom.Now, we all know, flour and water make a paste like glue, think paper-mache; so the regular mopping won't get this stuff off of the floors. Using this scrubber with the regular scrub brushes removes this glue but, the green scrubbies do an even better job.For our needs, the price was perfect and it does the job we need it to do.

Our 2nd Koblenz. This "commercial" unit is more robust than the last one we got which was not the commercial unit. We would buy another.
