Q: Can i dissolve these and drink them in water? they are huge

Yes they are quite big....but they are capsuls and can not be dissolved.

Good question. Certainly some vitamins are to be kept at room temperature. I might consider researching that question on the internet or call/contact the NOW company and ask.

I cannot find where it says that. It does say it is from medium chain triglycerides. Maybe they misspelled?
