I only write reviews when I find a product outstanding or terrible. These Ceylon cinnamon sticks are perfect for my intended use. I took 4 sticks, broken into halves, and added them to a small (1 qt.) sauce pan of cold water. I simmered them for about 30 minutes for tea. The taste was amazing. I never add anything to my teas and this cinnamon tea was, sweet, fragrant, and delicious. I use a lot of cinnamon for health purposes, especially urinary tract health, and I’ll be having this tea daily. Love it!!

This is my first time trying this brand and I am satisfied with what I received in the package. There's not as many pieces as other packages, but what I got was quality cinnamon and "NOT" "STICKS and "TWIGS" like some of the other cinnamon that I ordered from various Amazon sellers. This cinnamon has a nice color and flavor to it. The smell is more of an aromatic smell than cinnamon smell, but the cinnamon flavor definitely comes out when you add it to teas, coffee, beverages or grind it.This is exactly what I expect to get when I am paying the higher prices for Ceylon cinnamon. I will be ordering from this company as long as they don't get beside themselves and try to "jack the price" up just because of a good review. If they do, then I will continue my search to find the perfect cinnamon at the right price.

I absolutely love these cinnamon sticks. I drop one in my water every morning. So many studies show that cinnamon helps lower blood sugar and judging from my numbers recently I’d say they are an excellent support.

Initially I wasn't sure if this was really ceylon, but I did my research and realized it is. In my third photo, I included a side by side photo of cassia and ceylon. The ceylon is a little more golden in color, and not quite as thick (ceylon on fingers, cassia on palm). Ceylon seems to break and crumble more easily than cassia.Pros:-Real ceylon-organicCons:-seemed like older product, and was very dry-wasn't very fragrant, or strong tasting-not very many sticks for the price-compared to the powdered ceylon, the scent was much less subtle, as was the tasteAll together, I will maybe try this brand again, but I'm not certain. I will probably try to find a fresher product next time.

Well, I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones who got a bad batch. This package smells amazing but it has NO flavor. Put one whole stick into a 10 oz cup of tea and all it produces is a very weak cinnamon flavor. The water is hot, the stick sits for a long time, and just barely any flavor comes out. I've done this with other cinnamon sticks and have had plenty of flavor so I don't know what happened here. It should be noted that I purchased this in the winter time and figured the integrity of the cinnamon should be preserved since its not being exposed to high heat for extended periods of time. Guess I was wrong and still got an old/bad batch or something. I'll be returning back to the other brand.

Organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks are very flavorful, and potent yet subtle not overpowering . Adds subtle flavor to the dishes. I use it for cinnamon tea for its medicinal benefits such as helps reducing sugar level for diabetics and I have noticed some healthy weight loss which may be due to its appetite and craving suppressing quality. Any ways win win.
