Meiji Candy - Strawberry Chocolate Flavor 10 boxes

Love these candies! The big box that it came wasn't intact upon receipt but the 10 boxes in side were good to go and held up perfectly. I was a little worried that it might have been expired but the expiration date was hand-written on the side and expires 8 months out from when we received the product. The candies looked and tasted great!

I've ordered this item 5 times prior and had no issues. The 10 came in a little Meiji box and tasted great. I noticed that they came directly from CA. This past order was very disappointing. I noticed that it came from Hong Kong. Even though the expiration date is 01/25, these chocolates look VERY old. All of the boxes have bits of chocolate dust all over the top and bottom. I opened one and the color was way off. I thought, well, maybe it got hot in transit and that affected the color. But I don't think so because the taste was totally gross and none look melted. I won't be ordering again because $40 is a lot to risk for something that might be gross again.

These came all melted and a mess. Nobody ate them. I threw them out.

great Japanese chocolate. It is not as sweet as American chocolate, but that is what I like about it.

Already had this so many times and still not tired of it. Beware of you order this much because you won't realize that it will be gone quick especially if you have kids in the house. The strawberry chocolate taste more like strawberry yogurt.
