Does the job
Takes the low frequencies out of my car speakers

It works better than 199uf (high pass 200Hz)
The 398uf capacitor set perfectly "high pass" filtered out 100Hz and below from my 6x9 4 ohm peakers. My old infinity 3-way speakers on Dodge had defective tweeters(just too old), but mid bass sound great. I removed tweeters on them and used these capacitors to bring speakers back to live as my garage car stereo system. You can buy capacitors and make your own filters. I miss the radio shop where I could buy electronic parts before they closed down.

Great for high pass filter without aftermarket radio
Bought these to filter my front 6x9s after adding a subwoofer. They did exactly what I was looking for in keeping the sub bass frequency out of my front stage. Now I can enjoy a higher volume with less distortion.

Keep in mind these are 85h @ a 6-dB- slope so not as hard as you average 12 or 24 slope
These did exactly what I needed for my pioneer 5x7/6x8”s filtered the distortion low end frequencies and gives me a touch more volume and clarity to my OEM Mazda 6 head unit.

Works
These do exactly what I bought them for. Overall they are bit bulkier than they look online, but not so much that it interfered with my install.

Pretty good.
Did a decent job of cutting the low frequencies out however a little too much still comes through.

No noticeable difference
hooked these little pups up to my woofer output on a crossover for a 6.5 inch Audison AV speaker, no noticeable difference when playing music. Definitely no difference with a test tone generator. Maybe I didn't do it right?? uhh..

Great for creating filters
Used these capacitors to create a high-pass filter at around 80-100 Hz for my stock head unit in my car. I have 2x 12" subwoofers and did not want the low frequencies rattling my door speakers. Capacitors essentially create a static crossover. Very accurate capacitors with almost the exact same roll off on each unit. Non-polar is a must, and the heat shrink was a plus!
