Delicious, fresh, soft, and arrived in pristine condition!
I read some bad reviews of these, but mine were PERFECT! Not stale, not stuck together, not crumbled, and fresh! The softness of the cookie is almost like a firm spongecake with the barest hint of a gingerbread flavor. The orange jelly and crisp chocolate shell makes for a very enjoyable experience! I loved these so much and they were well worth the money! I was so excited that me and the kiddos ate almost the whole package before I remembered to take a picture for this review 😅

THESE ARE NOT BRITISH BISCUITS!
Very disappointed! The seller advertised these as being from UK and Canada but according to the language on the package they are not! Also, they arrived crumbled and when I tried one it tasted very stale!! Don't waste your money!

British Treat Letdown
They were just okay. Per usual, the actual product looks nothing like the photo on the box. The price is not worth the tiny box you get. I've heard some British celebrities talk about Jaffa cakes like they were so good, or sent from heaven. They were much smaller than expected. The chocolate coating was good, not overly sweet, like a perfect blend of dark chocolate & semi-sweet. The orange jelly left a lot to be desired. There's hardly any of it, & the orange flavor is so mild, you might not know it was there. All in all, big disappointment.

What a relief to finally have access stateside!
Guilty pleasure absolutely necessary to cope with unmitigated nostalgia upon return to US after 2 years working in London. Chocolate + orange + sponge cake - nothing like it in the States. Cakes arrived a bit smooshed & melty - but does that really matter?

Expiration DATE would have helped the shipper boxing these stale cakelike cookie
The Jaffa cakes are stale. Gray bloom on the chocolate and dry cookie/cakes that crumble and all tastes stale. I've eaten my share of these cookies and these are inferior. I have checked for an expiration date and while their is a spot to put one; nothing is there. A label translating the ingredients and nutrition is there for English. There is a white rectangle with this typed/printed on the box: L 103046 and a bar code that says: X0045DVGZH below this: New- Jaffa Cakes-....ered Chocolate, 150g

Thanks Simon
Tasty fruity, cookie-like cakes. These ones are citrus. I got them once as other flavors when my local Aldi's had an off-brand version. Citrus ones tasted the best. If you don't like fruity snacks then you probably won't like these. Although if you're American or not local to the seller then you will be paying that Amazon premium. Still doesn't devalue the quality of the snack though so I won't fault it for that.

More than pleasantly surprised.
Once again, this was a gift for a gentleman who is originally from Great Britain but now resides on Grand Bahama Island and in talking he mentioned these “ biscuits “, as the Brits referred to them, and I jotted it down so I would remember to bring some with me on my next trip, on the supposition that I would find them. I dont Know who was more surprised, me because I found them on Amazon or John when he received them. He has sung praises about them since receiving them.

They might have been okay if they were fresh, but they tasted stale. There was no "best by" date on the box. Plus the box had been crushed and they had gotten hot and so were all stuck together and much of the chocolate covering had flaked off and was loose in the package.
