Exactly as described!
Just installed today and mounted my two bikes, one a Trek hybrid and the other a heavy beach cruiser. Installation was easy by following the simple instructions. Very solid and sturdy so I expect this to last forever. The shelf for accessories (gloves, helmets, spare parts, tools, etc. is nice to have otherwise those would be hard to find when you need them. By measuring the bike length as described, there is about a 2-3” inch clearance from the floor which is perfect. Highly recommend!

Strong, high quality rack and excellent customer service
We recently ordered this rack for five bikes which meant we ordered two sets. The first box sent did not arrive after various days of notices from UPS so I sent an inquiry about it and the company immediately sent a new box which arrived promptly...and of course within 24 hours the first box arrived as well. But the first box was missing one strut. I contacted the company and was very impressed with their responsiveness and cooperation. The replaced the missing strut and encouraged me to keep the second set if we could use or gift it which we did. Then a couple of days ago we finally got around to hanging the rack in our garage. It is very well made with one exception...two of the "koova nuts" were rather roughly finished in the center and would not go onto the bolts. Luckily we were able to use others but I didn't worry about it after my first experience with the company because I knew if I had to call and report the two nuts, the company would promptly help out. We ended using two struts and hanging five bikes. We do have two bikes with slightly larger (22") handlebars which might make the difference but it does seem to us that if we had really wanted to hang 6 on the two racks it probably would have been less ideal because the bikes would be pretty crowded together and that gets complicated getting bikes on and off by yourself. But we were impressed with the clever way the rack works and feel quite comfortable hanging our good bikes on it. And the helmets fit on their own hooks as well. We are very pleased with the rack and with the company.

Well made and very sturdy. Wish it was a few inches longer.
Uses good quality hardware, and the captive nuts are a clever way to mount the hangers. I gave it only 4 stars overall because it would be better if it were another 2" longer (horizontally) to allow more flexibility in choosing wall studs. It would also allow for more room between handlebars and seats. The bikes I have on the wall are two mid-1990s Trek mountain bikes and one 1976 Schwinn Breeze.A note: Should have been obvious to me, but my bikes protrude from the wall more than I expected -- 41" max in my case. So, I'd say the best place to mount this hanger is in a forward corner. You definitely don't want to hang the bikes on a side wall of a 20ft wide two car garage, or you will be hard pressed to get an average sized car on that side.

REAL REVIEW!
I'm a real person. And... I had to hunt for the review button.. it's been awhile since I've left one! But I'm glad I am cause I want to tell everyone my experience. This is better than the advertising photos. I'm so proud of it. It's as lovely as i dreamed. I had to practice a way to get the bike up there and my husband helped me figure out an easy way. So. When you're ready to push the bike toward the wall to hoist it up, get BEHIND the bike, yes, behind, and put your knee at the back of the seat and use your knee safely at the rear of the seat to cause the bike to rear up like a horse haha on its back wheel in one smooth easy motion. Then it's upright and 100% easier!! to lift up to the rack hook. I couldn't do it any other way but that way was nearly easy. Practice and you'll get it. It's a stunning rack imo.

Great storage rack - matches their great customer service!!
I had been hanging our bikes from the rafters in our garage on hooks for the last 20 years or so but thought it was time for an upgrade and to try something a little tidier - maybe even reduce the amount of space needed a bit. Looked at a couple options and finally decided to try this one based on the reviews. It was a good decision!!The rack came with everything needed to install on my garage wall. I would agree that if each wall unit was a bit longer it would be easier to hit the studs but I was able to offset enough to hit two, at least. It takes a moment to get the hang of getting the bike hook connected and making sure that the "nut" is behind the rail on both sides but otherwise, super easy. We are hanging 3 mountain bike, 2 hybrid bikes and a fat tire bike. The fat tire bike just didn't quite fit on the supplied hook. I emailed support on Saturday evening with measurements and a picture (as suggested in an insert.) I received a response on Sunday morning that they would get one shipped out and then forward tracking information. I received the tracking information as mentioned and then I received an email from support the day after it arrived to confirm it had arrived and would work! Emailed on Saturday, fat tire size hook on Thursday at NO EXTRA charge?!?! Who does that? Evidently Koova does! Amazing support!! I will recommend to everyone.

It is Sturdy. It is easy to Mount. It is easy to hang your bikes on.
I am very pleased to have this bike mount. It was easy to install and Where I have it is the perfect spot. All of my bikes fit Perfectly. All of the bikes range from light racing to medium road bike. The arrangement of the bikes fit just right on my wall. I like the smaller hooks that can hold anything like helmets to backpacks. I can even hang up my coat if needed. The only little thing is the rubber piece on the bike hook comes off when taking my bike down. I'll have to glue it to stay on. But for the most part I like the bike mount. When installing it you will need a Good stud finder. I recommend WALABOT. it is a digital stud finder that not only finds a stud but shows you a picture of the stud location. You get the device and download the app associated with it. It's the best stud finder I've ever bought. And I'm a Journeyman Craftsman. Use the WALABOT and you CAN'T Go Wrong. If your tight on space for your bikes this is the perfect setup. Koova has a 3 bike and 6 bike arrangement which makes it great for any garage. I love this product. I would buy it again.
