The rear view mirror cutout is a little off alignment and the Velcro strap is backwards... but it does fit quite well and does it’s job. For the price I would expect the Velcro issue to be resolved.

I had used those expanding ring sun screens before this, but at a recent service my old screens went MIA (no big deal, they were cheap and not that great), and we're in the start of those wonderful Arizona summers, so not having a shade is insane (especially on the Lotus with it's metal shift knob, which becomes like 150 degrees in direct sunlight). This sunscreen is the kind that is made of semi-rigid material, not the cardboard, but not just nylon cloth. It also completely blocks the light, as opposed to my old nylon one. As one of the other reviewers commented, it's pretty wild to find an exact fit for a relatively obscure car like the Elise, but let me tell you, this thing is an EXACT fit. I don't even have to bother using the visors to hold it, once you push it down into the bottom of the dash, it pretty much pushes into the border where the window meets the body, and fits in there snugly. A bit more effort and time to put up/take down than the old one, but well worth the extra couple seconds. I also have the harness bar in my car, so to put it behind the seat I need to slide the drivers seat all the way forward - once again, no big deal, but worth noting. So, in summary, pleased with the purchase.

This sunshade is a little heavier and much more stiff than the inexpensive sunshades on the market. It is a perfect fit in my Elise, it is stiff enough that you don't need to have visors to hold it in place. Really helps to keep the interior cooler. And with the tight fit against the windshield it significantly reduces the haze that builds up on the inside of the windshield when parked in the sun. Instead of needing to clean the windshield every few days, I can now go weeks between cleanings. I even purchased a second sunshade as a gift for a friend that also has an Elise.

This really works well, well made, exact fit. Its so perfect its actually a little tight to install and remove. Who would think you could get an exact fit for such a rare car as a lotus elise.

Seems to fit pretty great in my 06 Exige. I don't even have sun visors and it stays up with no issues.

This shield fits so snugly that it almost seems factory made highly recommend

Price was good, fit was excellent. I keep it in the trunk all the time. Recommend this to all owners.
