Pentair 14965-0028 Plug and Gasket Assembly Replacement for Sta-Rite 1-1/2-Inch Multiport Valves

It fits my multi-port system exactly right and works very well . Will buy again when needed .

Turned my Sta-Rite sand filter back to new. Fit like a glove. Used C clamps to bring spring loaded disc in all the way to drive handle pin out. Don’t be scared of it, it’s a easy change out once u know see how. C clamps in takes load off handle, remove pin, handle only goes back one way. Clean all parts. Used 1/4” plywood with cloth against new part as not to hurt new gasket using C clamps again for install. . Easy Peezy. Add washer and tap pin in handle, done ! It was my first repair on this. Saved a bunch of money not buying whole head or replacement filter. Good luck. Think EASY !

Fixed my leaking Filter. Valve was leaking in closed mode. Other cycles were probably cross contaminating as well. Wish I could have just replaced the spider gasket but does not seem to be an options for this style. Fit great, OEM quality part!
