My 14 year old cat has always suffered from hairballs. Kitty grass saw him through them for years but then it stopped helping and may have made him worse because I saw undigested grass in his loose stool. Temptation hairball treats helped for awhile then not. Royal Canin intense hairball dry food helped and then not. I was at my wit's end with him vomiting hairballs every day 3 or 4 times a day and then having diarrhea. The vet could find nothing wrong with him by the way. I really have to say I was desperate enough to try Jackson Galaxy Happy Tummy because even though I think holistic remedies can help, I was skeptical. I've even waited 2 weeks since starting it just to be sure. He improved immediately and after 10 days he has stopped throwing up hairballs except once and it was just a hairball and no food and his diarrhea is gone. I bought it off amazon because Jackson Galaxy was sold out and now I see amazon doesn't have it but Jackson Galaxy does. I did follow the separate instructions saying to activate the solution by striking the bottom of the bottle on your palm or other surface 5-10 times, something they need to put on their bottle instructions. Then 5 drops on my palm, rub my palms together and pet my cat on his back two to three times a day.

I still can't believe this is working... My 12 year old female tabby had been vomiting bile daily for the past 6 months. During this time, we went to the vet on 3 separate occasions and had a variety of tests done with no real results or explanation for her persistent puking. Other than the owner-diagnosed acid-reflux, she behaved normally and there were no other symptoms to report to the vet. I tried switching food, adding probiotics to her diet, changed to a higher profile food dish, bought a fountain water bowl - nothing worked to keep my cat from barfing... until this. After watching an episode of "My Cat from Hell" and checking out Jackson Galaxy's website, I found this product and the corresponding YouTube video. I figured this product would be cheaper than another trip to the vet at this point. I followed the directions on the bottle and rubbed four drops on my hands then simply pet my cat. I did this in the morning and the evening for three days in a row and she has since stopped vomiting. I was even out of town for a long weekend and figured she would return to her puking past while I was gone, but, amazingly, she's doing great! I continue to administer the drops daily, and I am shaking my head at this effectiveness of this product. If vet visits, tests, and lab results leave you with no answers, I highly suggest you try this product line for your pet. I wish I had found it so much earlier.

I almost don't want to write this as I'm afraid I will jinx it!!! My Lucia has been throwing up almost daily for over a year! I've had her to the vet, changed her food several times, built shelves for her to climb on...all the things Jackson has suggested on his shows, except this. I had already tried essential oils too, so I didn't expect this to be much different. Wow! The day after I gave her this in her water and on her food...NO VOMIT! And I have givin it to her daily and still, no vomit!! I am SO HAPPY! AND SO IS MY CAT!!! It's been a week now and she is happier and more lovey and is back to my sweet Lucia. I had not realized how much she had changed! I will update this if anything changes, but I can't hardly believe it!!! Thank you!!! I thought it was a bit pricey, but with only using a few drops a day and with these results!!! Well worth it. Now I feel bad that I waited so long to try it!!!

The product is quite expensive but if it works I will buy it again. I have not had it long enough to make a determination as to its effectiveness. I smells OK but since I am not an animal I have no idea how it tastes. I spray it on their backs where they are supposed to lick it off of. They run as soon as it hits so I don't know if they are ingesting it. I wish there were dosage instructions on the label.

I bought this for my cat who I swear has IBS (or the feline equivalent, if one exists). She is very nervous and always seems to get diarrhea after eating or while we go away. She also has a habit of pooping outside the litter box (probably from nervousness over my other cat, a whole other issue). Ever since using this product in her water, her diarrhea has pretty much vanished (though she still poops outside the box). I put 5 drops in her water dish every morning, never tried on her skin or in her food. After trying every prescription food as well as the normal food you can buy at the pet stores, a probiotic, and much bloodwork and oral antibiotics, I was desperate to give this product a try, and I am glad I did! If you are at your wits end with your cat's tummy and have tried everything in the books, definitely give this a go!

I rarely write reviews for these things but I figured I would share since I always like to find helpful comments.We adopted a kitty about a year and a half ago, and he has always had digestive issues. We have tried pills (which he refuses to eat) and every diet food on the market. We think it may be a chicken allergy, and having 3 cats makes it difficult to feed one different food. They are 2 time a day fed but usually scarf some, then free feed the rest. We switched them all to Instinct Limited Turkey which helped for a little while. We switched them to Limited Rabbit and saw a little improvement as well, switched back to Turkey and his symptoms returned. Switched back to rabbit + this happy tummy solution for about a month with maybe 1 instance of semi loose stools. I think this helped equilibrate his system, the little extra it needed to settle. Will this be a long term fix, I am not sure, but for now I will continue to buy it.For reference: I add it to their water and 4-5 drops to their wet food. They get 1/2 can wet and about 1/2 cup dry per day. Granted, some are probably hogging more of the dry than the others which is why we leave more out. Cats are healthy weight, two are just big boys.

Gave to my cat for over a month and it didnt do a thing. I finally started giving her pumpkin and that settled her stomach amd bowel movements are back to normal.
