Overall I am happy with the product.
The parts washer is working good and is easy to assemble. The only issue I had is that the hardware was not packaged well. The box had a hole in it from shipping and a lot of the bolts and nuts were missing.

Excellent machine, excellent company.
This is an excellent washer. Well made, works like it should. The first machine arrived damaged, but Eastwood was all over it and got me another machine immediately. Excellent experience!

Poor packaging and broken pump
Read description well before ordering. This parts cleaner is only rated for water based cleaners. Cannot be used with solevent based cleaners. This was my fault for not doing my research before ordering. I only gave it 3 stars because it had a broken pump when I received it. Which ended up not mattering because I will have to swap out the pump for one that can handle solevent.

Shipping damage
Although the quality of product is great, their shipping choice was not great. Showed up with several dents, most hidden but one large dent in the front lip of the door. I’ll keep it and turn a blind eye but someone needs to know.
