Renovated door opener
After many supaglue repairs, got this replacement cover. Works great again well worth it 😁

Original product easy to transfer internals from old case.

Needed to replace a broken one.
Got to replace another remote, dropped onto the floor and it exploded. Not cheap but cheaper than buying a new one completely. Fiddly getting the old pcb out, but managed it taking it carefully. All iPad working so all good. Shame Hormann do not add instructions on how to remove the old board.

Replacement case
Expensive for a mouldered plastic but alternative is to tape up or buy new for £42. Removed battery so no danger of shorts if touched wrong part, pointed knife to prise middle tag taking care not to put too much pressure and break. Only have to do one, tried removing from end but that didn’t work, place one side in groove then snap other, replace battery, assemble and try.
