This is the good stuff
I can't get good wheat flour at my local store, so unless I want to head to the city to buy groceries, being able to get this through Amazon is a godsend. A little pricey this way, but my sourdough wheat is worth it.

Gold standard for whole wheat flower
This is the gold standard for wheat flower. I have tried many different types in the bread maker, and this one is the most consistent every time. Also has a little more protein than other brands. Buy it

Both bags compromised. One was cut open before packing, the other had a faulty seal.
I was surprised that the two bags were enclosed in a third plastic bag, but ok. I used blunt scissors to open the outer plastic bag, at a place where it was folded over and I could safely open it without any contact to the bags of flour inside. The flour started puffing out as soon as it was open. BOTH BAGS were compromised. One is cut near the top, with something that looks like it was sharp. The other has bad seal at the top - about an inch completely open. It's not safe to use food products that were not secure.
