It works overnight and if effective at moving my sluggish bowl. The flavor reminds me of raisins.For my son who doesn’t like the flavor, it can be mixed into a sports drink or juice. I recommend starting with the lowest dose, because it can cause minor stomach cramps.

Really good product if you want to go
I really like this syrup. I followed a suggestion to put in a glass of milk. You can nearly taste it. It worked in 5 HR s. With little cramping. You have plenty of time to get to bathroom. I stringy recommend for people with sensitive systems

I love love this product I keep buying anything that Docto was recommending for my toddler & nothing was working I saw at YouTube a doctor from UK recommended this syrup I was Hesitated to use but I red comments & I gave it a try after 2 used my toddler was relieved by it self I was extremely excited he didn’t even cry I order 3 more just in case it runs out I have it any one have problem with constipation you most buy this & stop wasting your money in other products.I barely write reviews but I had to do it for this

Gets you flowing
My one year old takes it as prescribed by his doctor so I can’t account for taste, but he doesn’t seem to mind it. Definitely seems to help him go!

the product for my mother who has Alzeihmer .so sometimes its difficult for her.. to release.... she did not like the taste that much .but what really matters it worked on her...

Senna works even better in this syrup
It works great and its all natural which is a plus. Take it at night and you should feel the effects by morning
