Great resource on the subject of organizational behavior! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent! As expected.

The content is great for starters, however if you are looking to optimize your knowledge about the workplace you should look at newer editions of the book. The materials are pretty interesting, however, if you are looking for a college book required for a class, check the edition because this one might be too old!
